For a 5 star hotel I must say they are just ok staff were Okish we was not allowed to be at the bar in swim wear even though we were staying at the hotel and the outdoor pool was closed, beach area was closed being fixed and indoor pool had no area to consume drinks or else

The hotel is perfect with very nice and cozy rooms. The rooms and hotel are clean and with nice ambience. The room has nice views of the Beach, the Garden. The hotel also has SPA, Sauna, Swimming pool, Jacuzzi facilities. The breakfast is nice. The restaurants inside the hotel are very nice and service nice food. The Indian cook Mr. Yadav is wonderful person and a very nice cook, he cooks delicious and tasty food. The hotel staff is very friendly and they assist you at every place. The hotel is easily accessible from Split city. The hotel has easy access to most wonderful and scenic beach in Split. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We loved everything about our stay. In this particular review we would like to highlight the excellence of the restaurant and its staff + food at the Caper Grill Restaurant. The food options and taste are superb, the staff is very friendly and professional. Also, the vibe of the restaurant is everyone’s Dani Minogue Bubblegum fantasy. excellent staff, beautiful Spa facilities, really perfect place to relax and enjoy. close to city centar, just 5 minutes with taxi and walking is 35 minutes with beautiful promenade by the sea. i hope i will have opportunity to come back again to this property

Accueil désagréable aucun sourire on s’est même demandé si il ne donnait pas une prime à ceux ou celles qui ne souriaient pas 😂 Aucune information sur les différentes activités et que la piscine extérieure et la plage étaient fermées. Chambre pas disponible avant 15h alors que l’hôtel n’était pas plein. Quartier horrible. Environnement lugubre. Vue sur un immeuble en construction abandonné depuis sans doute de nombreuses années et vue sur des barres d’immeubles côté terre. Pas testé le restaurant. Pdj correct sans plus. Personnel peu souriant. La Chambre n’était pas propre. Poils et cheveux sur le carrelage de la salle de bain. Mégot de cigarette dans la cuvette des wc non tirée. Moquette sale. Aspirateur mal passé. Baie vitrée très sale. Ne mérite absolument pas 4 étoiles. 1h à pied pour rejoindre le centre historique de Split par la côte. Jolie promenade.

Lovely hotel, however marred by close proximity of multiple construction sites. Our first room had lovely sea views in the main hotel, after two nights of air conditioning not lowering the room temperature below 24.5 Celsius, we were offered another room. The room was an upgrade in a newer wing. The room was lovely except being right next door to a construction site which commenced at 7am until 6pm every day including Saturday. The noise and vibration from the machines breaking out rock for the new foundations was horrendous. Soil and rock is then transferred by lorry a short distance to be dumped beneath our rooms balcony. As a result we could not open the balcony windows nor use the balcony due to noise and dust. Glazing was filthy with the dust. Each time we raised with reception they advised there is nothing they could do. I suggested they seek an injunction with the contractor not to undertake noise and vibration before a reasonable time each morning. Reception advised my comments would be relayed to the manager, however, we await a reply.

Francheska was my therapist for a top to toe treatment and I have to say I think this was honestly the best treatment I’ve ever had. Absolutely professional and made me feel like I was melting away. The aesthetics of the spa were extremely welcoming and she even used aromatherapy oils to add to the experience I left feeling completely relaxed
