"I booked this room for my husband. He stays in hotels 20+ days per month. He delivers furniture sold on Etsy, Chairish etc. This is the second time EVER he said he couldn't stay at a hotel. He couldn't even find it because there are no signs and it looks like an abandoned building. He isn't picky. This place is DISGUSTING. We should not be charged. My husband is sleeping in his truck... and it doesn't have a sleeper cab. It doesn't even have a backseat. Oh, and as of right now they are saying he checked in when he walked in and walked right back out. $100 for a hotel that was too dirty to sleep in. He couldn't even find it at first because it looks like an abandoned building."

"I recently spent the weekend there, and I will definitely be going back. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to see them when spring is in full bloom. The buildings are adorable and meticulously clean. The owners Maria and Rom are friendly and welcoming. They are doing some beautiful renovations to the rooms and cottages too! Breakfast was delicious as well! Highly recommend!!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed a midweek stay at the Inn, and can't wait to return. My room in the main house was enormous, with a king-size bed and lush sheets, fireplace, jacuzzi, terrace, and ensuite bath. The inn's new owners Rom and Maria could not be more welcoming, and have quickly added their personal touch to the historic main building. They have so many great plans to enhance an already stunning property; their enthusiasm is infectious. You can do as much or as little as you choose here. Rocking in one of the hammocks may be all you need to relax and refresh, but if you want more, the Inn has a private access road leading to the pristine lake, and there are rowboats and kayaks at the ready. Also a two-mile-plus walking trail and a pool and badminton court. And yes, it's less than two hours from NYC. Do bring tick spray! RS"

"Terrific 2 night stay at the North Branch Inn. Jake, Caroline, and team have done an amazing job with restoring the Inn and the Post Office house. Our room in the Post Office house was well maintained and immaculate. Loved the foosball table in the parlor area. The grounds are beautiful. The breakfasts were spectacular, including farm fresh eggs delivered by a local farmer minutes before Jake cooked them up for us. Late on Saturday night Jake made a fire for us in fire pit to make smores. The location is great - close to fun little towns, hiking trails, the Delaware River, and breweries."

"Pros: The staff was AMAZING and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. The spa was accommodating to our traffic delay. Trails easily marked, 24/7 craft studio, Goat hiking, Beautiful and relaxing property. Staff was spread thin but they were doing their best! Tyler and Joe Commando were standouts. Cons: It just feels better suited for large groups or weekenders. We went Sun- Tuesday and left disappointed. The activity offerings were slim, breakfast needs work, and overall felt that the value was not there. We had to the leave the property early on Tuesday but that was not communicated at the time of booking. When booking, you are told you have access to the full property on check in and check out days."

"The waterpark was nice the pool was extremely hot though so it wasn’t enjoyable. Everything was extremely over priced it’s a decent place but over priced the breakfast buffet should be complimentary which is in a lot of hotels it was cold and just not worth the price. It was a one and done for me."
