Malaysian here 👋🏻 hotel ni best sangat2, cantik, tenang, customer service on top 👍🏻 staff very helpful & friendly. Tak puas duduk sini. Nanti kalau ada rezeki datang labuan bajo lagi, memang akan repeat stay sini. Cuma kekurangan dia, jauh sikit dari bandar so susah nak cari makan. Kalau sewa motor pastu nak keluar makan malam, macam seram sikit la sbb jalan mmg gelap. Takde lampu jalan. Kitorang datang masa musim hujan jadi habis basah kuyup naik motor 🤣Hotel ni ada je restaurant sendiri, cuma makanan macam biasa2 je tak sedap sangat. Tu je la kena improve kot. I really regret not discovering this hotel sooner! The hotel has a very quiet, Southeast Asian vibe. The service is also much better than hotels near the main tourist street. They offer yoga classes, morning Zumba on the beach, and even a diving club. I stayed at three different hotels in Labuan Bajo, and if I come back, this will be my top choice. The only thing to watch out for is mosquitoes in the room, but the front desk will provide mosquito coils if you ask.

Our original plan was to stay at this hotel, but an unexpected storm caused our boat to be cancelled, preventing us from reaching the island on time. While we were anxious, the hotel's customer service proactively reached out to us. Not only did they express sincere concern, but they also surprisingly arranged complimentary accommodation for us at a partner hotel on the main island until the weather improved and ferry services resumed. Even though we couldn't check in as planned, their handling and service throughout the process were exemplary. They consistently communicated patiently, actively coordinated, and did their best to alleviate our inconvenience and anxiety. This genuine customer-centric approach left a far deeper impression than a smooth check-in ever could. Although the weather left us with a slight regret, it also allowed us to personally experience the hotel's unexpected level of responsibility and attentiveness. This crisis management capability and sincerity alone are enough to make us confident in their service quality. We will definitely find another opportunity to experience the hotel's charms firsthand next time!

An absolutely fantastic 3 night stay. It feels like Santorini! Comfy clean and quiet rooms, amazing shower and toilet amenities, refreshing swimming pool, decent gym and excellent food options. The staff were all superb too. With excellent value for money. Would highly recommend!

My stay at the Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo was absolutely perfect! As an IHG hotel, the quality was reassuringly excellent. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, and the complimentary airport shuttle service was a thoughtful touch. The pool is definitely a highlight; relaxing by the hotel pool in the afternoon was incredibly enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the facilities were new and well-maintained. The breakfast was lavish, offering both local specialties and international dishes. The restaurant and front desk staff were all warm and attentive. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Komodo, highly recommended!

Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

Overall, it was decent. There's a small beach right in front of the hotel. The main issue is that it's hard to get a car; Grab only offers motorbikes. To get a taxi, you need to find local drivers and add them on WeChat. Basic fares start at 40 yuan per trip. Labuan Bajo isn't a very big town, so if you're adventurous, you could rent a motorbike yourself. They do pick you up and drop you off at the hotel for trips to Komodo. Breakfast was okay, but since we were out exploring all day and just went to the pier for late-night snacks and walks in the evening, we really just used the hotel to sleep, so we didn't have high expectations. Oh, and Komodo is truly beautiful!

Pros: 1. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service. 2. There's a private snorkeling area, which was a great experience, especially since we didn't book a liveaboard. Cons: 1. No internet, no internet, no internet! Apart from a few rooms on the hilltop, most rooms have extremely poor mobile signal (you can barely receive messages). WiFi is only available at the front desk. The management's excuse is that they ”don't want external noise to disturb guests,” but it's one thing if I have it and choose not to use it, and quite another if I need it and it's not available. If you need to stay consistently connected, this hotel is definitely not for you. 2. Prices are quite high. Since it's on a private island, a slight markup is understandable, but sometimes the prices are ridiculously high. For example, the hotel organized a beach buffet for 700k Indonesian Rupiah, which is about 300+ RMB after tax. The seafood options were only grilled shrimp, squid, and fish (the first two were served very slowly), and the only meat was grilled chicken skewers. In contrast, on the main island, we bought two large lobsters, two mantis shrimp as thick as a woman's arm, and even got two free squids, all for just over 700 RMB.

The room was nice and the service was good, but the towels were very old. The hotel is right opposite a bar, so the soundproofing isn't great and it can be quite noisy.

Overall, this is a unique and memorable accommodation with a beautiful view, a cozy room, and genuinely friendly staff. One of the standout features is the private outdoor bathroom, which makes for a special experience—showering under the open sky and even catching a glimpse of the stars. The laundry service was also convenient and added to the overall comfort of the stay. There are a few practical considerations to keep in mind. The final stretch of road leading to the guesthouse is in poor condition; while it wasn’t an issue for me, it could be challenging for those who are not confident riding a scooter. Additionally, the nearby mosque broadcasts prayers late at night and early in the morning (around 4:45 am), which can be quite loud and may disrupt sleep if you’re sensitive to noise. I would recommend this place for travelers who appreciate unique stays and don’t mind the outdoor bathroom setup, the rough access road, or the early morning and nighttime noise.
