The room was barebone, the receptionist told us the photos shown on the websites needs to be taken down. Towels were skimpy, one has to beg for extra towels for a party of four. Fridge was unplugged and empty ! Initially on arrival, I small bottle of water given to each person on arrival and that was it ! For the stay ! One has to beg to get water. We ended up buying at the supermarket. The security was good. Exterior gardens need to be maintained. The linens have seen better days. The tiled floor was dirty in the room. We carried bedroom booties and they were so dirty from the floor that we had to discarded them before we left. Some cafeteria employees are nice, others are grumpy and slow. This would be nice place, if only they could upgrade the furniture and maintained the exterior. It takes for ever for the hot water to appear ! Location is the best-selling point for this small hotel. Security is 👍 great.
