Excellent! Very comfortable and good service. The people are nice and friendly and the place is clean. We had a great time and we enjoyed the food and the spa. It was very nice and quiet. The beds felt high quality and comfortable. Five stars.

The young man with long hair at the reception is very negative, he doesn't find a solution. Everything in the restaurant is very good

Very convenient location close to Sunvalley shopping mall, grocery stores (two Safeways), family entertainment like Six Flags Hurricane Water Park. Also saw the 4th of July parade in downtown Pleasant Hill. My only complaint is the hotel’s parking lot was re-paved for two days when we stayed. there were limited and no parking spaces on the premises so we had to park quite far from the hotel and walk back with luggage and groceries. We were charged US$10 per day to use the hotels parking lot but I felt we shouldn’t have been charged the two days we could not park our car at the hotel’s parking lot due to it being under construction and road was re-paved.

The hotel was specialized in health clubs and saunas, so it was better. Walnut Creek was a quiet neighborhood, so I was able to relax quietly. The interior was clean. However, it was a pity that the shelf in the bathroom was somewhat rusty.

The experience of our was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the attentive staff ensured a seamless and pleasant process. The ambiance was inviting, and every detail seemed carefully curated to enhance the customer's experience. Their commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction. I'm genuinely impressed and will undoubtedly be returning soon. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking top-notch service and a memorable experience.

There was an error on my reservations, I had selected a king size bed and I was given a two queen size beds. Both were the same charge of 149.00 dollars. I contacted trip.com to correct the error, I was told it was not possible. I contacted the hotel, they also said it wasn't possible. When I went to the hotel to check in, I explained to the check-in person that was there at the time, which happened to be a lady I cannot remember her name, my apologies. She was nice enough, and friendly enough to accommodate me in this mix-up. So thanks to her, I was able to enjoy my stay as always. I have never had a bad experience at this particular Hotel, which is the courtyard in Richmond Berkeley. So once again thank you to the hotel, for accommodating me in my situation. This place is pretty clean, cheaper on trip. The front desk is okay but they aren't that good at communicating, I called beforehand about deposit to make sure what I needed to bring but they never specified that you needed to use a major bank card to make the deposit. I ended up having to wait a long time to be able to get into the room I had already paid for

Everything was about right, except the breakfast. The Clariion offered a variety of cereals, but no milk.for the cereal. The vast majority of cereal eaters add milk to this dish. Something minor and possibly a personal sensitivity is that a hotel was once traditionally supposed to be a home away from home and guest were to be welcomed as hosts would wanted guests. In my several contacts with the front desk, I was treated properly and competently but not welcomed, not with a smile and wishes that I enjoy the hotel. Doing what I'm suggesting wouldn't cost the Clarion anything, but it would likely make your guests more likely to return.

This will definitely be another place I will stay at again. It is in a nice area with lots of options for food and close to the gym where my basketball team I coach plays at.
