Great
SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating.
There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm.
There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.
GGuest UserWe booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

Great
LLaodou3The hotel's 15th-floor reception hall is super tall and large, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is skin-friendly, soft and comfortable, and from the window you can overlook the five iron bridges across the Chicago River and the buildings on both sides that are full of stories, and get a glimpse of the majesty of this century-old industrial city... The only drawback is that the water output of the shower is too small!

AAndrewEngineerThe hotel is a bit dated. Service is very good. Excellent breakfast (especially. egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms). Pool is good but lacking a hot tub. Self parking for $39 a night is a bit too.much.

ZZhaojuanmeiguijieHTACThe room was great with a king-sized bed. Super convenient location, right above the subway station. Arrived in the morning and the hotel offered luggage storage, which was a nice touch. After check-in, the staff kindly reminded me to use my key card to access the left-side entrance if I returned late, ensuring safety at night.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a typical airport hotel, had a very helpful shuttle driver (Ray) and the other staff interacted with were very friendly and helpful.
Located just offsite from the airport, opposite a shopping mall and had a small selection of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Room was clean and had everything needed. Bathroom had good water pressure and provided nice toiletries.
This was a one-night stay prior to flying home from O'Hare and met all needs.

DDariemI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is ideally located—right in the heart of the Magnificent Mile, so it’s within walking distance of world-class shopping, dining, and iconic Chicago landmarks like the John Hancock Center and Navy Pier.
Room Quality:
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I stayed in a city-view room, and the view of the Chicago skyline was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights illuminated the skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's rest, and the bathroom was sleek and contemporary with high-end toiletries.
Location:
This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to experience the best of Chicago. Not only are you close to Michigan Avenue's shopping and dining, but you're also a short walk from cultural attractions like the Art Institute and Millennium Park. Abit far from the subway/metro lines but taking the bus was convenient as well.

MMacDouggaliDon’t be in a hurry for the shower because it takes at least 10 minutes for the hot water to come.
i’ll go to Hyatt, at least by name, that’s worth the similarity ends. Appreciate the complementary breakfast. I don’t remember paying for it, but it was about the quality of a Days Inn.
O’Hare shuttle was prompt and courteous. The front desk would’ve been better if people in front of me weren’t clueless.
all in all the room was modern, big and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
not sure I’d stay there again but I’m in need of an accommodation near O’hare about four times a year.
GGuest UserThe place is safer, there are no homeless people, there are big supermarkets, Chinese and Western restaurants nearby, it is more convenient, close to Northwestern University. The room is quiet, hygienic, good service, simple breakfast, air conditioning switch is not easy to find (in the air conditioning cover, not easy to open), free parking.
