Pool was saline and clean and warm enough to actually use. Breakfast was nice. Parking was $50 in the self park next door. Entrance houses 3 hotels which is confusing. Hotel had clean products and no terrible chemical or mold smells.

The hotel's 15th-floor reception hall is super tall and large, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is skin-friendly, soft and comfortable, and from the window you can overlook the five iron bridges across the Chicago River and the buildings on both sides that are full of stories, and get a glimpse of the majesty of this century-old industrial city... The only drawback is that the water output of the shower is too small!

Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's super convenient to get to, with a direct train from the airport right to the nearby station. Plus, there's a large shopping mall and plenty of restaurants just across the street. Cleanliness: The hotel maintains good hygiene standards. Facilities: Unlike hotels in China, you'll need to provide your own slippers, toiletries, and drinking water in the room.

Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the filtered water station on our floor. It had several options and was very convenient. Guest services were excellent. Anytime we made a request, they handled it quickly and professionally. After the first night, housekeeping took our towels but didn’t replace them, so we had to call and ask for more. Thankfully, after that, we didn’t have any other towel issues. Housekeeping overall was a bit different than what I’m used to. They made the beds and handled the bathroom by emptying the trash, picking up dirty towels, and refilling tissues, but they didn’t take out the trash in the main room. Since we had a lot of takeout, that trash piled up pretty quickly. They also didn’t replenish items like used tea bags or glassware, which would’ve been helpful. We also had an issue with the fridge. It stayed warm for the first few days until we realized it hadn’t been turned on. Once we figured that out, it worked fine, but it would’ve been nice if it had been checked before we arrived. The hotel is in a beautiful location, which added to the overall experience. Despite the few small issues, the staff was friendly and responsive, and the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. I would absolutely book with them again!

The hotel's shuttle service for pickup from O'Hare Airport Zone 2E and drop-off at International Zone 5 was excellent. It was also great that we could enjoy the complimentary hotel breakfast and evening social hour. We made good use of the nearby Blue Line Rosemont CTA station with a 1-day Ventra Pass to explore Chicago in winter. I'd like to thank the front desk lady for her friendly assistance with check-in. The deposit was also refunded within two days. However, as we visited in early February, the room was very dry, so it would be advisable to bring a portable humidifier.

This is the hotel I stay at every year when I go on business trips. After 4 years, I still went to the same hotel. The warm pastry is our favorite. The surrounding parks are very convenient for shopping, and the shopping mall opposite is also a place we often go.

Far enough from Michigan Ave to be a quiet neighborhood, but only one block from the Ave. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable.

Overall, the value for money is pretty good. It's not far from the airport and right next to the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the airport.

The room was very clean and had no strange odors, and the decor was new. The lobby offered coffee, purified drinking water, and an ice machine. The gym was split into two sections: an equipment area and a swimming pool. Parking was free. I would definitely come back again.
