SShakeMA simple stay. The room was nice. They need more work on cleanliness. I had to request another comforter as my had dirt and hair on it. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice.
Service was hit or miss. The gentleman at check-in was rude and didn't listen when I told him I prepaid. He charged my card again instead of just places it in hold for incidentals. I had to have the manager correct it the next morning. It took some time but she was nice.

LLIAs always, comfortable, spacious and warm. There is a free shuttle to the airport. The room has a sofa bed and the room can sleep 3-4 people. There is a free breakfast, which is basic, but good. Will stay next time.
