The overall experience of this hotel is very satisfactory. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the rest was good. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was fast and efficient. Sanitation is cleaned in time and the details are handled in place. The facilities are complete and well maintained, and the environment is quiet and elegant. Very good value for money, whether it is a business trip or a trip, it is suitable, I will choose to stay next time, recommend it to everyone!

erfect business hotel. Quiet rooms even though it’s downtown, excellent high-speed internet, plenty of outlets and a proper desk to work from. Gym is small but clean and open 24/7. Front desk printed boarding passes and arranged a very early taxi without any hassle. Will stay again on my next trip.

While for the first time ever we stepped into the lobby of the Staybridge we were amazed with how nice and well decorated this hotel was and after checking into our room we never realized that our nightmare would just begin. Our room key would not open any of the ext. doors for outside entry so we asked the clerk what was wrong and she said there was a problem with the door so she would have maintenance check it out and in the meantime she issued us a temp. key card that worked but it expired that evening and no longer worked and once again we got locked out while holding bags of groceries and merchandise from Walmart and we had to walk all the way around the bldg. carrying our stuff to come in thru the front entrance. Then, when I used the DOVE hand and face cream in the bathroom to apply to my body it had a horrible odor of being rancid and had to immediately wash it off. Angry, we decided to leave your hotel and spend the next 3 days at the Best-Western hotel next door, whereas we had no problems, issues or uncomfortable issues. Sadly, this was our very FIRST EVER stay at the Stay bridge Suites and most likely our last!

Entered hotel and tried to check in. No one arrived to check us in for 10 minutes. After finally getting checked in, went to room. Everything in room was clean and in order. Left and came back several times and was greeted and acknowledged by person at desk each time. One weird thing is that the only clock in the room was on the microwave. There is no alarm clock. Went to the breakfast buffet the next morning. Everything was good and plentiful. Had scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausage, ham and egg sandwiches. Also had bread items, muffins, oatmeal, waffles and different juices plus coffee, tea water and hot cocoa packets. Next night was good except for thoughtless people next to us who kept yelling at their crying kids. Fun night! Breakfast next morning was similar to first morning. Also had chocolate chip cookies in the evening by front desk. Check out was fast and easy and had the e-mail my receipt. I have stayed here before and would stay again if I was traveling in the area.

We were overall disappointed with this hotel. Even though we are not very demanding or overly critical, we were let down on several points. When we arrived, we were informed that the swimming pool was unavailable due to maintenance. We then went to our room, and unfortunately, the bed had been made without the staff noticing that the previous guests had urinated on the mattress. I had the unpleasant feeling of lying down on wet sheets. The receptionist kindly gave us another room, but without offering an apology. After that, there were several other small inconveniences, such as the absence of conditioner in the bathroom, no waffle batter or spoons at breakfast, and more.

REALLY comfortable beds but hostile cleaning staff. As long as you're just there for business and don't hang out in the room you'll love it. I had a lot of work to do in the room and I had to deal with the cleaning girl SLAMMING the door next to me violently over and over again. This was not just her carelessly letting the door slam, it went on for hours every single day. I don't understand passive aggressive staff like this. If you really hate your job that much just find something else you actually enjoy. It ruined what could have been an awesome few days in Dallas, and I actually decided to stop staying at Hilton hotels just because of this cleaning person who kept doing ”slam attacks” against me. Just goes to show, one bad employee can ruin the reputation of an entire brand.

The staff very friendly n kind and understanding we lost our home to a fire a neighbor started n they let us stay in parking lot until we can check in I do recommend the motel it's easy to get to n you got some restaurants around but they always greet you with smiles and address you with respect the one young man name Dev so sweet he really knows how to treat the guest ,the matience guy very cool ,this other guy tall guy can't remember his name but I had messed up on the app making the reservation n he took the time to helps us fix the reservation n get us in the room . we are leaving Texas for had nothing but bad luck here ,but if you come visit Fort Worth this is the place to stay. If you want to be entertained n you like to shoot guns go to shoot smart on Lancaster n the 820 freeway another amazing place it's all family oriented but thank you all to the staff n manger n matience n housekeepers thank you all for you amazing hospitality much love from Kimberly n my husband keep up the great work u do

The ONLY ONE elevator in the building wasnt working, almost got stuck in there LOADED with people. Then we had to walk up 6 floors to the room. We tried to cancel the last night and they wouldnt let us because it was prepaid. The maid did not clean the room the entire time we were there, had to ask for towels and wash rags. The internet says there is a shuttle to the Stockyards, NOT! They cancelled that last year.

The room was clean and tidy. The TV did not work because it had been unplugged. Front desk was not pleasant and gave us a very hard time about a Service dog. Very condescending and demanded to see the paperwork for the service dog. After showing him the doctor letter, he asked, ”How do I know this isn't a fake?”. I was stunned and offended. I told him he was welcome to call the physician to verify in the morning. He was then educated as to the Americans Disability Act, and my willingness to pursue this if we were turned away or charged extra. Not friendly. We will stay somewhere else next time in Ft Worth.

I was worried because there were many low-rated reviews, but it was a hotel with no particular problems. I'm sorry that there is no body shampoo. I was able to keep my luggage before check-in.
