Very Good
EEddieWoWGood location!
Clean and very prompt cleaners.
I asked for a calesa to drive us around town, and they said yes, they have a contact who will come pick us up at the agreed time. And then the time came and the calesa did not show up, they called the calesa driver and he said that he has a customer. So he advised hotel people to tell us to just go get calesa at the park. This (service) would have been 5/5 if they immediately told us that it's the busy season so we don't know if someone can pick you up (and could have advised us to just go pick up a calesa in burgos park where there's a station. Other than that, they were excellent!
GGuest UserWe had been upgraded to their their main hotel, the main hotel (street) is just adjacent to calle crisologo, the hotel is a must-stay if you're in Vigan, the hotel room (Queen) is big, the overall cleanliness is great, the hotel staffs are soo accommodating, the amenities were awesome, IG worthy, if you're into arts and painting, you're in the right place, masterpieces from Manansala, Juan Luna, Imao and others 👌👌👌
DDearSunsetHotel Veneto de Vigan is a beautifully restored heritage mansion dating back to around 1740. It was once an ancestral home and is now a charming bed & breakfast right in the heart of UNESCO-listed Vigan, just a short walk from Calle Crisologo. I really appreciated how they preserved the Spanish-era architecture and colonial details—it truly feels like stepping back in time.
That said, while the ambiance is lovely, the facilities could use improvement. The hot water isn’t actually that hot, the water pressure is very weak, and the “high-speed internet” isn’t as advertised. They have dozens of different Wi-Fi names, so you need to reconnect every time you move to another part of the hotel. Although some room upgrades have been made, the amenities still feel a bit dated. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its history and location, but expect some compromises in comfort.
EElaiza PradoHospitality, kindness, cleanliness ans service were there as expected. I can only advise you to continue this way same if it would be nice to offer some croissants and pains au chocolats at the breakfast… Be sure if I had to come back in here in the future, I’ll come back there ! And I’d recommand certainly your Hôtel.
HHersheyNice place to stay with family and what we liked the most they are pet friendly. The beds are very soft and comfy and their buffet breakfast was delicious. The owner is very accommodating, the staff are very helpful. A 2-3 minutes walk to Calle Crisologo. Definitely, we will be back here. Thanks.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is quite okay and budget friendly. The only problem is the amenities shown to be included in the package are not available so bettert bring your personal stuff.
LLEBOYERHotel very well placed
Old but in the colonial city part
We asked for a kettle 100 pesos a day after negotiation 50
But it’s excessive because it’s free in other hotels
Small night market after the empanadas cathedral at 35 pesos not the best in town but the closest to the hotel
GGuest UserThis place can be improved. The room is small. But you really get what you paid for. The faucets are all rusty. The drains don't have covers, and the toilet seat bowl so you have to be careful with bringing your toiletries inside the comfort room.
GGuest UserFor me, They need to update their location in Google Maps, because when we are going to our accommodation we are lost, due to wrong pin of the location. Over all its good.
