"Hotel facilities are very new, 5 or 6 minutes from the airport, very convenient, the airport bus is half an hour, you can register at the front desk in advance, the car may be opened in advance. The front desk service was very good. The original 6:20 car just drove away at 10 minutes. The waiter immediately helped to call the car back to pick us up. Thank you very much."

"We were initially placed in a room that had an unpleasant odor and where lights weren’t working. After requesting a different room we were informed that there had been a flooding incident in our original room which resulted in electrical problems with the lights. Why were we put in that room in the first place? We were moved right across the hall into a room “with a much better view” according to the desk clerk. Again, why weren’t we given the better room initially? That being said, the breakfast buffet was good and most of the workers encountered were both friendly and helpful."

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat mij meteen een goede eerste indruk gaf. Ook de roomservice was uitstekenden het personeel in het restaurant verdient een extra compliment-vooral Gita, die met haar gastvrijheid en professionaliteit mijn verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. "The hotel was chosen on the third day of the veterans' holiday in Annapolis, which is the best condition and clean. The quality of the bathroom supplies is good. Quiet. Breakfast has Turkish sausages, yogurt, eggs, muffins, etc. American breakfast is better. Cost-effective."

"The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem"

"The beds are too thin,skinny,literally u sink in when sleeping and bed bugs not your faulty but people don't like to shower so pls spray after every visit,I sue to come every weekend but I had to slow down bcoz of those reasons n Rochies"

"We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. The place was clean and well-kept, and service was quick—especially when we requested extra towels. Check-out was smooth and fast, which we really appreciated. It’s about a 15-minute drive to downtown Annapolis and the historic district, so it's a convenient and quiet spot just outside the city. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The location of the hotel is a little far from the city center and the beach. The satisfaction is that the parking is free, the room is clean, the front desk service is very good, the restaurant breakfast service is slightly worse, the waiter is serious..."

"I arrived at BWI at around 11:40pm and rushed to call the shuttle from the hotel as they informed me earlier that if I didn't call by midnight, I'd be on my own to get a ride to the hotel. I was stressing as it was the first time I ever traveled alone. I called them at 11:50pm whew!! but plenty of time before 12:00am. So I thought, first they put me on hold... then hung up, next call... No answer and hung up. Now I'm spazzing. Finally a shuttle will be there in ...15-20 mins huhhhh?? so there i am standing alone at midnight by myself ( a 55 yr old woman) half hour goes by... I call hotel again and not easy for someone to answer. Oh the shuttle got full I was told so they have to send another one, REALLY so another 15 mins go by no shuttle, half hour later, I see the shuttle, here it comes....and flys right by me as I'm screaming STOP!! around she goes, 10 mins later she's finally here at 1:15am and then says she's been there. they told her DOOR 15 I said I was at LOCATION 15. Mad before I even got to hotel, once there..a cooler full of sodas to buy and not one DIET soda..I'm going to bed. No blanket? just sheets I was cold so I went to front desk to ask for a blanket, Sorry their locked up, heres some more sheets. In all fairness they looked to be very short staffed. and the room was clean but not worth the price"
