You also have to pay a 1K deposit, and when you get there, you have to wait for the owner's confirmation. If I had known all this, I would have just booked a hotel directly, where you don't have to pay a cleaner's fee."

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The owner’s warm hospitality and attentiveness elevated the entire experience. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean, thoughtfully maintained, and very comfortable. One of the highlights is the stunning view equally breathtaking at sunrise and beautifully serene in the evening.
The pool area is elegant and inviting, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the hotel staff and security personnel are consistently courteous, professional, and accommodating.
Overall, a delightful and memorable stay highly recommended for those seeking both comfort and a touch of luxury.

To start off, i never stayed there because i booked through trip.com, and when i arrived, there were no roooms available. After a long wait in the lobby, the owner came and drove us to another location that they owned and gave us a room there. The room was decent, but the ac was barely adequate, and it was a downgrade from what i had booked and paid for. They said we may have to move rooms again in the morning, so i opted to just book another hotel for the remainder of the trip.

Guest UserThe Location is good, very accessible to Malls and other locations. The Condo is Neat and Clean, very spacious, nice view. We’re comfortable and have peaceful stay. Overall excellent!

When mostly of your transaction is in Ecoland areas this is the best apartelle to book. Convenient, accessible,easy check in and out. The room area is spacious, i am not just comfortable with the size of the shower area, it fits only to a small frame person. Towels need to be replaced. Over all when looking for a budgt friendly hotel, i highly recommend this one.

FAIThis is just a private rental apartment. The landlord only has 2 rooms, not a hotel. Where can I get the breakfast? The room is very small, only a 1.5-meter bed, an extra bed? Where did the bed come from? Ask who wants to go to bed? You can buy a bed yourself. The landlord probably doesn't mind an extra piece of furniture.
