"We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra.
The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip."

GGuest UserAs a business traveler, I prefer clean, hassle-free hotels with good wifi that will allow me to work in peace, rest well after a long day, and allow me to access good dining options within walking distance. Seda ticks all these boxes. The whole place was clean, the room was immaculate, and I love the desk in the room! Plus, the staff were very friendly and were ready to assist. Seda Abreeza has become my preferred hotel in Davao.

彭彭岳In the center of the city, there are 7-11 when you go out, there are bars and American restaurants in the courtyard, and San Pedro Church is also very close.
The decoration style is close to Chinese folk customs, and the overall is relatively comfortable. There is nothing to say about the service in the Philippines. The waiters always smile and try to help you solve all problems.
I found an open market nearby on the Baidu map and feasted on durian and mangosteen.
Special reminder that currently all places in Davao are non-smoking, indoor and outdoor are banned, and durians are also not allowed in the hotel.

AAnonymous UserI like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

GGuest UserThe lobby is pretty small. The music in the evening not too good. The room service is not thoroughly. The windows were very dirty. Check-in counter is pretty small as well as the receiving area. The pool and the gym are fine but the space is confined. The room service food is okay. They have a Starbucks-certified coffee shop. Large basement parking. The location is not at the seaside. Azuela High Street is near and SM LaNang. There was only one bed side cabinet which is not acceptable for a 5 -star Hotel. The room furnituring is not optimized, it gives a squeezed atmosphere.
