"May not be the most trendy hotel in the city but the standard of cleanliness and customer service which make this hotel one of the most comfortable hotel I've been to, in and out of the country. The property is well maintaned. Rooms are huge with big windows. Good value for money for a 3* hotel. My only criticism which doesn't really affect your stay is to improve the garden pave by clearing all the weeds."

GGuest Useri stayed in another room but surely it was the same experience as everyone else i guess, accessible to everything, safe to stay and the amenities are excellent... just realized before i checked out, the drinks at the bar was not that expensive, maybe because it's local rate and we are in the philippines... idk, i'm just used to see skyrocket prices of everythinv when you dine in a 4/5 star hotels

Bbenjamin2To start off, i never stayed there because i booked through trip.com, and when i arrived, there were no roooms available. After a long wait in the lobby, the owner came and drove us to another location that they owned and gave us a room there. The room was decent, but the ac was barely adequate, and it was a downgrade from what i had booked and paid for. They said we may have to move rooms again in the morning, so i opted to just book another hotel for the remainder of the trip.

The only downside is that they close the doors at 9pm so if you like the nightlife you'll be locked out just something to think about when booking

YYkhca_TravelsWe arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for.
When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem.
Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

GGuest UserWe booked the honeymoon suite thinking we can use the jacuzzi but upon check-in, the jacuzzi was not even cleaned and not ready for use. The room was so spacious though, it can accomodate 4 people.

- no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis
- No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way.
- loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures)
- bird poo all over the windows (see pictures)
- breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food.
A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

GGuest UserWe truly enjoyed our stay. The room arrangement was comfortable and well thought out, with Netflix and YouTube available for added entertainment. Being located on the 28th floor, we were treated to a beautiful city view that made our experience even more relaxing and memorable.

GGuest UserI had an amazing stay at this place! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, answering all my queries and questions in real-time. The place itself exceeded my expectations - it's clear that the host has put thought into providing everything you might need, unlike any other rental space I've stayed at, which often lacks basic amenities. The place was also spotlessly clean and tidy, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. And to top it off, the internet connection was fast and reliable, which is always a bonus when traveling. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and hassle-free stay. Thanks again to the host for being so wonderful.

GGuest UserIn the websites says check out time is 12 but we’re inform to check out at 10 plus you have to pay 400 for the parking fee and 300 for the cleaning fee. We are not aware about that. The room is ok you get what you pay for.
