It was an amazing stay in Dusit Thani. Their breakfast have good variety everyday. If you request for bacon they will make one for you. The staff are very accomodating and i like how they greet the guests all the time. The spa is amazing very relaxing and the gym is clean and open 24/7. Pool is nice. We got the nice view from the 5th floor. Everyone is super mabait and amazing from the guards to reception, to staff and housekeeping. Will recommend this hotel to my friends who will visit Davao

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Acacia Hotel Davao, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything felt organized and guest-friendly. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of choices that catered to different tastes. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely give Acacia Hotel Davao a 5-star rating. No free toothbrush, place is old but clean, no proper dining area (I ate at a coffee table), hot choco during breakfast has a lot of water & less cocoa.

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

The roof itself was as described. Not a hotel room as I thought, more of a private air bnb. The basic things I expected in room were not included such as safe and toilet paper etc. The AC is very noisy and the front door lock hard to use and open, not good if emergency. I always try to look for positives but these things bugged me.

To start off, i never stayed there because i booked through trip.com, and when i arrived, there were no roooms available. After a long wait in the lobby, the owner came and drove us to another location that they owned and gave us a room there. The room was decent, but the ac was barely adequate, and it was a downgrade from what i had booked and paid for. They said we may have to move rooms again in the morning, so i opted to just book another hotel for the remainder of the trip.

The location is great, close to everything, but the main issue is their checkout time. It's only until 10 AM, even though it said 12 PM on ***********. Then, you're suddenly hit with a 398 cleaner's fee, which wasn't mentioned on *********** either. You also have to pay a 1K deposit, and when you get there, you have to wait for the owner's confirmation. If I had known all this, I would have just booked a hotel directly, where you don't have to pay a cleaner's fee.

The hotel residence is very cozy to stay the style is a kind of vintage ambience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Facilities are good, transportation is very accessible and convenient.
