Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking view. We spent hours lounging on our private balcony, sipping refreshing drinks and simply soaking in the beauty of our surroundings.
The hotel's amenities were exceptional. We spent a relaxing afternoon by the pool, the turquoise water sparkling under the warm sun. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, a delightful symphony of flavors and textures. From the fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to the exquisite presentation, every dish was a treat for the senses. The hotel features a pool, which is nice, but could feel a bit underwhelming if you're someone who craves more entertainment options.
On the bright side, the 24-hour gym is a great perk for fitness enthusiasts, and the gourmet shop adds a touch of luxury for those looking to indulge in premium snacks or specialty items. Beyond these, however, there aren't many activities to keep you occupied, so it’s a space that caters more to relaxation and personal time, often spent in your room.
Overall, Dusit D2 is ideal for a serene stay but might feel a bit too quiet for those who easily get bored. More in improvement on the food please, there’s no menu that sticks out or you want to try again.

YYkhca_TravelsWe arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for.
When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem.
Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

- no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis
- No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way.
- loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures)
- bird poo all over the windows (see pictures)
- breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food.
A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good. Breakfast buffet if hotel is high occupancy, A la carte if low occupancy but both good. Cannot fault this hotel. Very peaceful as located in a giant park. Highly recommend.

MMy Beautiful GaiaThe place is neat and clean the bed is heavenly comfortable the bedding so white and clean and the whole room itself from the fixtures of bathroom to the tiles isn’t cheap ac,hot and cold shower works perfect - maybe this is a new hotel, and there is also a pool which I have missed to look it up in the rooftop… The location is very close by to SM-lanang- though do not expect the area is upscale it’s in the neighborhood of people lives on their ordinary living
- the hotel serves only a Filipino breakfast Nothing else what’s on their list is what all you get! And it’s Not appetizing ! - the front staff are friendly and just okay but they are not so attentive to you and No idea how to give any details to help you out and about the City 😑 … Grab is your butler anyway… and SM-lanang is a big bonus to this place where you can find the eats all you want ! Lastly, Free drinking water in dispenser and free Hot water any time …
