They even provided children's toothbrushes. The toiletries used in the room are from Natural Beauty brand shower gel and shampoo, unlike the miscellaneous toiletries used in other hotels. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and it's very close to the entrance of the scenic area, only 50 meters away. The receptionist even recommended nearby attractions. I highly recommend staying here.

The room is clean, cost-effective, the front desk service is good, the hot water is fast, the air conditioning effect is good, there is a tea seat, three or five friends can play mahjong, drink tea, and you can also *** sister make the meal together, the meal is well done.

The hardware standards are very high, justifying the price. The whole family had a very comfortable stay. The surrounding environment is nice, located within the Guangwu Mountain scenic area, with beautiful scenery. Hiking trails are easily accessible right outside the door. The service is also very personalized, striving to meet all customer needs. However, I would like to suggest improvements to the upper management. While the staff are very service-oriented and have a good attitude, they clearly lack professional hotel training. Their service procedures are not standardized and are unprofessional, which is not worth the five-star hotel price.

The hotel is marked as a four-star hotel on Ctrip. After visiting the hotel and asking the front desk, I learned that the hotel is not a star hotel at all. The scale of the front desk on the first floor is like the front desk of a street business hotel, and it is definitely not the lobby of a three-star or four-star hotel you imagine. The entire first-floor front desk area is only more than 100 square meters. There are three employees in the breakfast room, including the noodle cooker. When asked why there are no fried eggs, the answer is that the staff is too busy so there are no fried eggs. Don't expect the breakfast variety of a three-star or four-star hotel. In the breakfast room, please ask the security uncle to check the meal ticket and clean up the tableware used by the guests. The parking spaces and passages of the hotel parking lot (underground floor) are narrow, and there are many motorcycles parked, which can easily cause car damage.

I want to commend Xiaomin for her excellent service; she promptly helped us with every issue we had. The hotel's location is also great—there are plenty of food options right outside, and it's convenient for getting to attractions. Plus, there's always parking available. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, especially the toilet area, which feels so cramped you might hit your head if you squat down. I hope they improve this in the future. The rooms were first-class, and the service was excellent. Due to the peak tourist season, the restaurant wasn't very large, and reservations were required. The hotel offered room service, which was a great idea (since there were two bedrooms and a large living room with a mahjong table, it was convenient, prevented smells from mixing, and faced the garden). The downside was that during the peak autumn foliage season, cars weren't allowed in the scenic area, so guests had to bring their own luggage and take a shuttle bus, after which the guesthouse would pick them up from the bus stop.

Nestled in the heart of Guangwu Mountain, the hotel feels like being immersed in a natural oxygen bar and ink painting, creating a truly comfortable and cozy experience. The staff's service was genuine and enthusiastic, from the proactive assistance of luggage to the warm greetings. The entire hotel environment was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and exuded the scent of sunshine. The bathrooms, with separate wet and dry areas, were immaculately clean. The amenities were also very complete. It was a truly wonderful stay and I'll definitely be back during the Red Leaf Festival.

Overall, it's worth the money. It's an old hotel, but it has a grand presence. The rooms with private hot springs are also spacious. However, the facilities are rather old, the lighting is dim, and there was a sudden power outage while I was showering, which lasted for about 10 minutes, which was unpleasant. Also, the water in the toilet needs to be extended, which shows a lack of consideration in the previous renovations. The hot spring water is just warm; I don't know if it contains any trace elements.

The room was very comfortable and even had a balcony with mountain views. The owner was very nice and provided excellent service, even helping me purchase tickets for Guangwu Mountain and the cable car. The hotel was new, very clean, and had an excellent location, only a two-minute drive from the Guangwu Mountain scenic area.
