"I booked this hotel on August 8 and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived at around 9 PM on August 15, the hotel had no record of my booking under my name. It was a really frustrating experience – especially after a long day of travel. I contacted Trip.com customer service immediately, and they worked on it, but unfortunately they couldn't secure a room for me at this property. I had to find another hotel last minute that night. The good news: Trip.com has already reached out to me and confirmed they'll reimburse all my costs. That's a huge relief, and I really appreciate their responsiveness. Despite this one-off glitch, I still trust Trip.com for future travels – these things happen, and they handled it professionally. Since I never actually stayed here, I can't comment on the rooms, cleanliness, or service – so I'm keeping my ratings neutral across all categories. A quick tip for fellow travelers: Always double-check your booking by calling the hotel directly a day before arrival, especially if you're arriving late.
