Wuduo Hotel (West Street of Baoding Zhi Lai Governor's Office)

Wu Duo's service was incredibly heartwarming! The front desk proactively offered local sightseeing tips, and even upgraded my room for free. Checking out was hassle-free with no room inspection, which was super convenient. The room was so clean I couldn't find a single fault, it truly felt like a home away from home! I'll definitely be back to Baoding next time!!!

The hotel boasts a prime location, very close to West Street, making it perfect for an evening stroll, enjoying the night view, and dining – all in one convenient spot. The parking lot is large and easy to find. The breakfast was fairly plentiful, but the attitude of one of the staff members was a bit off-putting. My husband asked for hot water, and while most restaurants should provide boiled water, this staff member, without even looking at us, simply said no. We asked where, and she said there was some in the lobby. My husband then took the cup to the first floor (the restaurant is on the third floor), where the front desk staff said they didn't have any, but the restaurant on the third floor did. My husband immediately became agitated; this kind of pass-the-blame service is rare in a star-rated hotel like this. Eventually, the front desk staff boiled some water for my husband, resolving the issue. (You might ask, "Why didn't you boil water in the room?" Well, we were checking out immediately, and we had just finished the water in the room, so we didn't want to ask the staff for more, thinking it would be easier to get some from the restaurant. Unexpectedly, it caused us a lot of frustration.)

My stay at Wuduo was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and not cramped, and they provided toiletries for children. The hallways and common areas were very clean, and the staff were incredibly patient with kids. The surrounding area is extremely convenient for getting around and shopping! It's not far from various attractions, making it great value for money!

Clean and tidy, with warm service! The receptionist kindly helped us clear the snow off the roof of our car when it snowed. Although it was by the roadside, the room was very soundproof. It would be my first choice for accommodation next time I go to Baoding.
