"We stayed in the hotel for 4 days. Location was very near the train station and accessible to buses. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The picture of the hotel in your ad was quite deceiving. The hotel was old and made up of very old timber. , though the inside was modern in style, the room was really not a good place to relax / sleep in since I can hear the loud steps of the one above our room and the noises from the adjacent rooms.No lift or elevator available. Not recommended for elderly tourist. Amenities like kettle for hot water and water dispenser needed to be taken from the ground floor near the office. Breakfast has a variety of foods served daily. The only consolation was the breathtaking views of jungfrau and accessible transportation."

"The hotel is in a good location, just 2 minutes walk from the train station. The hotel room is decorated like a log cabin, very authentic, clean and tidy, and the hygiene is very good. It is a comfortable and beautiful log cabin. As soon as you enter, you will feel like you are living in Switzerland. It is very comfortable to stay, and there is a bathtub for bathing. The Jungfrau cable car station is within walking distance, and you will pass many small Swiss hills along the way, where you can check in and the scenery is beautiful. The breakfast is rich, you can bake bread, and the eggs are also hot. The accommodation experience is very good, good reviews."

NNicolas Castineiras AlvarezA magnificent hotel at the foot of the Swiss Alps in Grindelwald. A magnificent stay, located 100m from the train stop, the bus station and with bus stops nearby. Pleasant hotel, with magnificent views of the Eiger, spa with warm water pool, jacuzzi and a magnificent small outdoor pool. The staff was very attentive and professional, even speaking Spanish, so you feel at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, with a terrace with wonderful views, and a large, warm bathroom. The breakfast was fair but good. We would definitely stay at the Belvedere again.

Is pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that left a lasting impression. From its impeccable design to the delectable breakfast, my experience was delightful overall. Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it.

One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. GGuest User125 years of traditional hotels, wooden houses, floor heating; breakfast all kinds of bread, juice, yogurt, cheese, meat slices (about three or four kinds, I have seen the evaluation before that the breakfast is very simple and I don’t think it at all); very delicious, I and the baby eat directly; balcony look at the snow-capped mountains; the most important thing is here; They have a sauna here, men and women ** mixed bathing, the kind that can't wear swimsuits; there is also a table football activity room; the grandfather and grandmother at the front desk are very kind.

QQIANIt’s about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is not very far, but it’s a little tired if it rains with a suitcase. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the First cable car station, which is very convenient. It is worth mentioning that if you choose to include dinner when booking the hotel, it is really super cost-effective ~ delicious and rich, every day I will seriously post menus everywhere, and I am responsible for saying that this is the level of Fine Dining, such a dinner Any restaurant should be above 120 francs per capita. The restaurant environment is also nothing to say, the service quality is very good ~ excellent experience, rich breakfast, worth the price, super recommended. They also gave home-made potato chips when they left. If it is not enough, it may be that the facilities in the room are average~ but it is very clean, the balcony is facing the mountain, beautiful!

QQIANThe hotel is halfway up the hill, some distance from the Grindelwald center and the train station. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that can be transported. We are self-driving. There is free parking in the hotel. It is relatively close to the cable car station of the first mountain. There are not many types of breakfast at the hotel. But it is enough, the biggest feature is the scenery, so beautiful! Whether it is a room or a place to have breakfast, look out for the snowy mountain, if you come to grindelwald next time, you will stay here!

Ddcobra1981The hotel was far beyond our expectations. The hotel pictures on Ctrip really lowered the grade of this hotel. The hotel is invincible. Our room has a 180-degree balcony with an invincible view, the side of the balcony (Figure 1), the front of the balcony and the view from the restaurant (Figures 2-4). After all, it is such a noble place, and psychologically I am afraid that the waiters will be arrogant. As a result, the hotel staff provided invincible service. The child wanted to add a sofa bed, which was immediately made. The dinner added cheese for 15 Swiss francs, and the waiter introduced various cheeses to the child in detail (eat as you like). I rarely ate vegetables along the way, but I ordered a large plate of vegetables here, and they customized a grilled vegetable for us the next day. Various dishes are also delicious. Although the price of 4,500 per night is expensive, it is a bit more expensive for a family of three with a 12-year-old child, but this view and service are absolutely worth it.

TTravel bear around JapanWe are staying in Grindelwald for a couple of days and we spent one night in this hotel.
The location is a bit far away from the train station and it’s exhausting to carry heavy luggage over the slopes between station and hotel.
The price is reasonable and the balcony view of Eiger is stunning. The hotel looks quite old where no ventilation system can be found in washroom. Wi-Fi signal is poor and we were unable to connect it in the room.
We appreciate the breakfast as the food quality is good but seems the number of staff is limited. They are required to work in the reception for check in/out enquiries and at the same time busy rushing to the breakfast area to clean up the tables and food.
