GGuest UserThis hotel is perfect and totally better my expectations. Just 10 meters away from train station, also 50 meters away from bus station, pretty balcony view , delicious breakfast , cozy bed , enough space for two people. The most important thing, the staff there is so nice. On The day I checked out , the male staff at the reception helped me to exchange some coins with bills. Appreciate that! It must be the top choice if staying in Grindelwald. And price is also really good if book hotel a few months earlier

AAngelaYauThe hotel is uphill at the other end of grindelwald, not too close to Grindelwald station and Coop, fortunately the door is bus 121, 122, 123, but at first I saw Google map that it was a 15-minute walk from the train station only, but I knew it was quite hard to push luggage up the slope 
Fortunately, it is close to Pfingstegg and First cable car stations, and Jungfrau must either take bus 121, 123 or train to Grindelwald Terminal station, change to the Eiger Cable car, or go to Grindelwald station and take the Train to Kleine Scheidegg
Although I live up to 4/F, the room has no air conditioning, so insects have entered the room🫨
But the scenery is beautiful, the room is big, the worst thing is no refrigerator, can only cook the noodles in the room
Breakfast itself thought there was very little food, but you can order hot drink and egg separately, which is quite good
Although seeing hotel restaurant dinner seems to be praised by many people, but too expensive, the cheapest is the 4-course menu d fine din, have to over CHF100

If you’re carrying luggage, they can arrange for a pickup service. The breakfast is a delightful experience, offering a wide range of options, including the option to order a freshly made omelette.

11346633****The hotel is located high up on a hill, offering great views on a clear day. It's also very close to Grindelwald station. Before check-in, the owner emailed me to fill out my personal information in advance, but it was a bit tricky to do, so I figured it would be easier to just fill it out at the front desk when I arrived. However, when I got there, the lady at the front desk was quite displeased and deliberately made me wait for a long time, claiming that if I had completed the online form beforehand, I wouldn't have caused such a delay. All in all, despite that, it's a charming local chalet with beautiful weather and scenery, making for a great experience.

LLulumanyoujiMy friends couldn't stop praising my choice, thanks to the stunning scenic drive and the hotel's exceptional facilities and service. The rooms were absolutely fantastic and felt just like home; each independent bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring everyone had their private space. The living room and spacious balcony were incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect setting for socializing and enjoying our time together. We were particularly impressed by all the thoughtful details: the breakfast service, valet parking, complimentary mini-bar, free sightseeing bus tickets, and the staff's proactive assistance with our luggage. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Switzerland.

GGuest User各方面都挺好的我們住了兩晚，酒店就在first山的半山腰Bort這個纜車🚡上下點，其中有個遊樂項目Trottibike的起點就在這裏終點在山腳，我們要在first玩所以定了這個酒店，酒店不大總共10多個房間，房間沒有空調，夏天上半夜有點熱，下半夜就沒問題，冬天有制暖器。如果入住這裏大家一定記得提前在下午五點前check in，因為我們要在山下的小鎮格林德瓦坐纜車上來的，纜車最後一班大概在下午5點-6點，除非是自駕車，不然晚上上來酒店很麻煩。大家如果喜歡安靜且希望窗户直接可以看first景色的話這裏就挺好的，酒店下面吃自助早餐的位置也很好對着雪山，房間價格還行，下山做纜車衹有一站，從Bort到山下十多分鐘。對了酒店旁邊還有個適合小孩玩的小樂園。

李李家的木The helpful reviews are accurate. Awesome room view and great service from all staff. We have two adults and one child and they connected two single beds and provided and extra bed. I would say just book (level 4 lifestyle room) with a peace of mind and do remember to bring your own toiletries.

QQIANThe hotel is halfway up the hill, some distance from the Grindelwald center and the train station. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that can be transported. We are self-driving. There is free parking in the hotel. It is relatively close to the cable car station of the first mountain. There are not many types of breakfast at the hotel. But it is enough, the biggest feature is the scenery, so beautiful! Whether it is a room or a place to have breakfast, look out for the snowy mountain, if you come to grindelwald next time, you will stay here!

GGuest UserThe Chalet Jungfrau in Grindelwald has an amazing location; you can see the 'dreamy hillside' right outside, with expansive views and absolutely stunning scenery. It's a shame the main building's view is slightly less spectacular than the annex. Overall, it was very comfortable. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, leaving you fully satisfied and starting the day on a high note. The only minor downside is that the facilities are a bit old and dimly lit. Overall, it offers good value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see the 'dreamy hillside' and is looking for good value!
