The housekeeper introduced that the style of the hotel bathroom is different in each room. He specially asked the lady to take us to see the other two room types. They are really different. They are very special and really attentive. I forgot to take pictures of the breakfast. It is quite unique: semi-self-service mixed order. In addition to the food on the buffet table, the waiter will also take the breakfast list to order dishes for the guests separately, and then the chef will cook on the spot. It is the first time to experience this kind of service. It is great! Another point worth mentioning is that because we came by taxi and were afraid that it would be inconvenient to travel, who knew that the hotel is equipped with a business car for free lakeside pick-up and drop-off. You only need to make an appoin**ent with the housekeeper in advance. Whether it is to go to the foot of the mountain to eat fish or to the lakeside beach and plank road, it is very convenient. I will have the opportunity to bring my parents to experience it!

The toiletries are very useful. The room is not big but it has everything it should have. The kettle is clean and easy to use. The disposable slippers are of good quality. There is also a laundry room on the roof for drying. The water flow of the shower is not too strong and I hope it can be improved. I don't like the smart toilet flushing when I sit down. Breakfast is clean and sanitary rice noodles, corn and eggs. There is also a bar downstairs where you can drink coffee and wine. Outside the door is a beautiful lotus pond. The village is very clean and there are many beautiful plants and flowers. It is only a few minutes' walk from the lake. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. He provides a lot of help. The recommended restaurants and morning markets are very good. It is convenient to take a taxi, and there are also shared electric motorcycles for rent in the surrounding area. In short, it is a homestay worth coming again.

In fact, I have always preferred staying in hotels because many B&Bs are scams. There are countless B&Bs with similar hotel quality but located in beautiful scenery... Hotel location is very good, you can see the lake view in the room, butler service is very attentive, eating around is convenient, there are many net red coffee shops nearby to watch the sunset.

We went there in the off-season. The owner was very welcoming and upgraded our room (side lake - full lake). The room was not big but very cozy. There was a cafe downstairs and the garden at the door was very beautiful.

Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room. Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

The hotel is located within the Chengjiang Luchong Scenic Area. I originally booked the room for the sunrise, but I was completely blown away by the room itself – the cave-like design was incredibly stylish, and the lighting was warm and inviting. Opening the balcony door revealed a shimmering lake. It's only a 2-minute walk to the lake; Fuxian Lake in the off-season is simply idyllic! The butler was also incredibly attentive! Sitting on the terrace, enjoying a meal while admiring the scenery, and the coffee was excellent – ​​truly authentic Yunnan coffee – it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave! The off-season price was also very reasonable; I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Fuxian Lake.
