"It felt similar to the rooms at Chimelong, but without the noise. The check-in experience was incredibly smooth. Perhaps it was off-season, as we checked in at 11:00 AM, which was a pleasant surprise.
The front desk lady, number 012, even upgraded my room for free. Seeing I was traveling with a child, she even gave me a ticket to the theme park, which was very thoughtful.
The breakfast was incredibly affordable, with a wide variety of dishes and delicious flavors. Compared to other star-rated hotels that charge hundreds of dollars for breakfast, this one was very reasonable."

The hotel has its own exquisite courtyard garden, lush green plants, quiet and elegant environment, away from the hustle and bustle, and the atmosphere is full. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, the night was very quiet, and I slept until dawn. The staff was very patient throughout, and the two little brothers ～ The room was very warm and romantic. Because of my birthday, the hotel upgraded the room type for free. I bought the balloon arranged online. SF Express had no way to deliver it. They also deliberately helped me pick up the courier and arrange it. We have been in touch during the period. We are very patient in communication throughout the whole process. The layout is really attentive. The hotel environment is very filmed, very beautiful, once the curtains are opened, the lake view is introduced, breakfast/afternoon tea/nightingale is very nice~, ask the little brother to have two red wine glasses, return to the room and surprise to see a bottle of red wine ～ The location of their home is the best on the mountain, and the distance is very moderate. Very comfortable and comfortable homestay, my husband and I like it very much, looking forward to the next trip ❤️ Thank you.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff, especially one young lady, was very professional. Someone helped with our luggage all the way to the room. The resort's decor is very chill and relaxing. The observation deck offers a wide view of the lake, which is especially beautiful during sunset. The facilities are top-notch and have a great resort vibe. Full marks for the service from the young lady who checked us in on the first day, as well as for the facilities, room type, and decor! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Fuxian Lake! I hope they maintain their high standards! It's a shame we couldn't use the meal and handicraft experience included in the package because we were in a hurry to tour the lake; we'll definitely try it next time!

Environment: The overall style of the hotel is very artistic, and you can see many details of the design. It has a taste of southern France. Green plants and flowers are all over the hotel. The observation deck has a great view of the lake. The lobby is also a cafe and restaurant. It is fully open. You can sit on the grass outside the lobby to drink coffee, sunbathe, and be in a daze. You can stay for a whole afternoon.
Service: The whole service is very considerate and thoughtful, very humane. Breakfast is specially prepared for children. Small portions are enthusiastically helped to carry luggage during check-in and check-out. It is a particularly satisfactory stay experience. I have recommended it to my friends. I will choose to stay next time I come to Fuxian Lake!

MMingmingmingmingming～Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

GGuest UserVery suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. It is recommended to travel off-peak, the cost performance is really high, this time I stayed in the most cost-effective hotel in Fuxian Lake.

WWongI searched many B&B hotels in Fuxian Lake on the platform, but this B&B hotel is very clean, the room is large, and the price is not expensive. I booked it for 2 nights first, and then stayed for 2 more nights. I am a light sleeper. , you can't hear the sound of cars on the road, and the sound insulation is very good. I live on the 9th floor. The staff of this B&B hotel are very friendly and answer all questions. The hotel is easy to find. I can buy a car on site at the passenger terminal opposite Kunming South Station. The ticket costs 50 yuan to go directly to Moon Bay Wetland Park. It takes 5 minutes to get off the car and reach the hotel. We also upgraded to a half-side lake view room. You can enjoy the lake view of Fuxian Lake without leaving the room. There are many restaurants around, and there is one underground room in the hotel. There are snack bars all over the floor, so you don’t have to worry about breakfast, lunch and dinner. You don’t need to order breakfast at the hotel. The bus is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. It takes 25 minutes to get to Chengjiang City by bus or take a taxi. Within 20 yuan, take a bus from Chengjiang Passenger Terminal to Kunming Southern Bus Terminal and Subway Station. The fare is 20 yuan and it takes 1 hour to arrive. It is very convenient. Fuxian Lake is worth visiting. I will visit Fuxian Lake next time. Choose this hotel first
