"The whole environment was great, and the kids especially loved it. The exterior was beautiful, the interior was child-friendly, with play equipment, marine animals, and more. The rooms were clean and tidy. The service was excellent; a special thank you to receptionist #009 for her warm service and free room upgrade during the off-season. The view of Fuxian Lake was breathtaking. The buffet restaurant also had a wide variety of delicious food. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely come back."

"Full score of five stars! This time the experience of staying at Fanchen Garden Hotel exceeded expectations. The hotel has its own exquisite courtyard garden, lush green plants, quiet and elegant environment, away from the hustle and bustle, and the atmosphere is full. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, the night was very quiet, and I slept until dawn. The room has excellent lighting, and some room types can overlook Fuxian Lake on the balcony, and the scenery is excellent. \n The staff is gentle and caring, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. XXiaodianziyouhaodianziIf you're looking for a vacation, just go for it! The butler contacted us a day in advance to ask about our needs and stayed in touch via WeChat. Since it was the off-season, the guest relations manager upgraded us to a lake-view balcony room. The 2.03-meter king bed was more than enough for us and our child, and they even installed bed rails before our arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful. The pool water was a good temperature and clean, and it was great for a swim when there weren't many people.
We stayed for two nights, and the butler, housekeeping staff, and front desk were all very friendly. The hotel's amenities were excellent; everything from the linens to the disposable toiletries was impeccable, and the mini-bar was thoughtfully stocked. Every corner of the hotel offered picturesque views, making it perfect for couples. For families, the fish tank at the entrance will captivate kids for a long time. It would be even better if the parent-child activities were a bit more extensive and engaging.
Located in Cambria Town, on the northeast corner of Fuxian Lake, the hotel is within a 20-minute drive of all popular attractions, except for Xingxing Fish Cave. The parking lot is also very convenient.
The only minor downside was that the breakfast was a bit sparse. The spring set menu was very photogenic, but since it was prepared in advance and left out for guests to pick up, it tended to be cold.
Overall, for a vacation, it's highly recommended.

Environment: The overall style of the hotel is very artistic, and you can see many details of the design. It has a taste of southern France. Green plants and flowers are all over the hotel. The observation deck has a great view of the lake. The lobby is also a cafe and restaurant. It is fully open. You can sit on the grass outside the lobby to drink coffee, sunbathe, and be in a daze. You can stay for a whole afternoon.
Service: The whole service is very considerate and thoughtful, very humane. Breakfast is specially prepared for children. Small portions are enthusiastically helped to carry luggage during check-in and check-out. It is a particularly satisfactory stay experience. I have recommended it to my friends. I will choose to stay next time I come to Fuxian Lake!

MMingmingmingmingming～Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

GGuest UserVery suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. It is recommended to travel off-peak, the cost performance is really high, this time I stayed in the most cost-effective hotel in Fuxian Lake.

WWongI searched many B&B hotels in Fuxian Lake on the platform, but this B&B hotel is very clean, the room is large, and the price is not expensive. I booked it for 2 nights first, and then stayed for 2 more nights. I am a light sleeper. , you can't hear the sound of cars on the road, and the sound insulation is very good. I live on the 9th floor. The staff of this B&B hotel are very friendly and answer all questions. The hotel is easy to find. I can buy a car on site at the passenger terminal opposite Kunming South Station. The ticket costs 50 yuan to go directly to Moon Bay Wetland Park. It takes 5 minutes to get off the car and reach the hotel. We also upgraded to a half-side lake view room. You can enjoy the lake view of Fuxian Lake without leaving the room. There are many restaurants around, and there is one underground room in the hotel. There are snack bars all over the floor, so you don’t have to worry about breakfast, lunch and dinner. You don’t need to order breakfast at the hotel. The bus is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. It takes 25 minutes to get to Chengjiang City by bus or take a taxi. Within 20 yuan, take a bus from Chengjiang Passenger Terminal to Kunming Southern Bus Terminal and Subway Station. The fare is 20 yuan and it takes 1 hour to arrive. It is very convenient. Fuxian Lake is worth visiting. I will visit Fuxian Lake next time. Choose this hotel first
