The location is also good, you can see the lake in the distance and the pavilion on the top of the mountain by pushing the window. GGuest User這次在撫仙湖的旅行，機緣巧合住進丞廷與鹿納民宿簡直是我旅途中最幸運的事！毫不誇張地説，這是我住過最舒心的民宿之一，必須給大家推薦安利一番！民宿的地理位置，不管是前往撫仙湖的東線還是西線遊玩，都極為便捷，大大縮短了路途奔波的時間。剛一下車，就感受到了老闆一家滿滿的熱情，老闆更是二話不説，主動幫着提行李。走進民宿，温馨舒適的氛圍撲面而來，房間衞生乾淨，設施設備也相當齊全，每一個細節都能看出老闆的精心與用心。我預訂的房間內有個浴缸，我家孩子一看到房間裏的大浴缸，興奮得不得了。浴缸不僅潔凈如新，還貼心地配備了一次性罩套，安全又衞生。民宿的服務更是無可挑剔，衹要有任何需求，跟老闆説一聲，都會立刻幫忙解決，貼心程度簡直拉滿。公共區域還配置了冰箱、微波爐等，方便我們存放和加熱食物，就像在自己家一樣自在。地下室的遊戲區域也是一大亮點，閑暇時光，和老闆的家人以及其他住客一起在那裡玩耍，會讓旅途變得更加有趣。老闆的孩子們也非常熱情可愛，天真無邪的笑容極具感染力，給民宿增添了不少温馨和快樂的氣息。而且民宿周邊環境安靜，隔音效果也很好，可以美美地睡上一覺，第二天又活力滿滿地開啟新的旅程。丞廷與鹿納民宿值得大家來探索，真心推薦給每一個來撫仙湖遊玩的朋友，相信你們來了也一定會愛上這裏！

The balcony of the room is very large. The lake view on the balcony is beautiful. Not far from the museum, eating, living, It’s very convenient to travel. The beautiful boss is a local, enthusiastic and talkative. He took the initiative to introduce me to the play guide, buy tickets to avoid the pit, and also helped me contact the car rental. I am very interested in beautiful things, so I visited other rooms she runs. Especially the suites that can cook by themselves and have mahjong are very nice and suitable for several families to rent together. It has been recommended to relatives and friends around me. Unfortunately, this time I didn't experience sailing due to time constraints. I will choose this homestay again next time.

Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
