GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the mountain, so there's a higher chance of encountering snow compared to staying at the foot of the mountain. We were lucky enough to experience a heavy snowfall, and the next day when we went down, we found hardly any traces of snow below. I'm really glad we chose this hotel. The room offered direct views of Mount Siguniang, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful!

GGuest UserThe B&B rooms offer underfloor heating, a humidifier, and a plateau oxygen concentrator, all free to use. Hot water is instant, and the bedding is very comfortable. The 24-hour butler service is incredibly responsive. Nestled halfway up the mountain at the foot of Siguniang Mountain, the views are spectacular. You get direct, panoramic views of all four snow-capped peaks of Siguniang Mountain, as well as the snow scenery of Balang Mountain. The B&B also has a huge outdoor communal area, where the owner has created scenic walking paths around several century-old cherry trees! Highly recommended! [Strong][Strong]

There are plenty of food options around the hotel. GGuest UserMy friend and I have travelled around Sichuan for two weeks and this one was the best place we stayed so far. As soon as we took off the bus, we felt in love with the hotel! The place is very welcoming and there is a great attention to details, that make you feel at home. We made a lot of requests (sorry sorry sorry😅) and they have always found a way to help us and sometimes even more! Our bedroom was really clean, nice and cozy🧡 But our favourite place was the common area where we spent a lot of time listening to music, playing with the dog and chatting with a cup of tea. Thank you so much for everything. We deeply recommend this place in Siguniang🏔️

GGuest UserThe mountain was right outside the window. The room was a bit small, but that's understandable given the price. The front desk staff were very good. The only downside was the water supply during peak showering times: the water would sometimes cut out completely, then return cold for a few seconds before quickly turning hot again. We found that by avoiding peak hours, this issue was entirely resolved.

GGuest UserService: The service was very good. They asked us to eat breakfast while it was hot, fearing it would get cold. However, we went there late and there was no dinner available. We had to go to town to finish our meal, which was not very convenient. Facilities: The hot water takes a while to be available, the room is cold at night, there are electric blankets and electric heaters, the floor heating is not very effective, but during the day the sun shines into the room and it is warm or even hot. There are stairs in the B&B, and the hotel owner will help you get your suitcase to the room Environment: The hotel is not in Changpinggou or Changping Village, but in the neighboring Changqing Village. There are residents all around, so it is not easy to drive in, but the hotel has a yard for parking.

The room is clean and warm, with underfloor heating and an oxygen concentrator providing ultimate comfort and safety. It's spotless, very spacious, and offers fantastic views. The owner even upgraded our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The location is superb, and the service is excellent. The housekeeper is like an old friend – attentive to every detail without being intrusive. Here, time slows down, and the mountain breeze and stars become part of your daily routine. It's everything I dreamed of for a mountain retreat. See you next time, definitely!

GGuest UserThe location is close to Changpinggou, 8 kilometers and 20 minutes' drive from Shuangqiaogou. There are restaurants on the stairs opposite, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is excellent, the room is large, and the diffuse oxygen supply in the room is very good. In addition to the ineffective temperature control of the floor heating, the room temperature is out of control to 30℃, and the waiter needs to be called to debug the outdoor unit. In addition to the insufficient breakfast supply, the rice noodles and milk are not available if you go late (8:30). In addition to the unstable water pressure of the hot water in the room, the shower is hot and cold.

AAnonymous UserExtremely satisfied, truly excellent! The room I booked featured a huge floor-to-ceiling window with stunning mountain views. The little Golden Retriever, Tudou, was also super cute and had a wonderful temperament, happily letting everyone pet him, haha!

GGuest UserPerfect hotel for hikers, mountaineers, and anyone who enjoys mountain sports. It's in a perfect location, on a street with many restaurants and very close to the entrances to the Changpinggou and Haizigou valleys. The staff is very friendly and helpful, offering tons of help and recommendations. They even rent mountaineering equipment for free. I will definitely return.
