"The room environment is excellent, and the service is good. The bedding is very comfortable to sleep on. However, since it's a newly opened place, there's still a slight smell in the room. You can get bath bags at the front desk for soaking, which is very hygienic. All the staff are welcoming and provide great service. We had both meals at the hotel; the food was tasty and reasonably priced. A significant drawback, though, is that this guesthouse doesn't have a smoking ban, which is very unwelcoming for non-smokers. Many people smoke in common areas (like the restaurant and elevator lobby), and the smell is really strong. On top of the potential for oxygen deprivation at high altitudes, having to inhale second-hand smoke is quite unpleasant. I hope management addresses this and stops providing ashtrays that encourage smoking. I also hope all guests would be more considerate! Please go to an outdoor corner to smoke to avoid bothering others."

"The proprietress is warm and pretty, welcoming guests with a smile, and super thoughtful. She reminded us of many things to pay attention to in the plateau, and also upgraded the room type for free. There are mountains outside the window, and the scenery shrouded in clouds and mist is particularly good! The room is very spacious, with plenty of charging sockets, and an electric blanket on the bed, which you can turn on if it's cold at night. The hotel is not far from the three scenic spots of Siguniang Mountain. You can take a taxi, stop a car on the roadside or ask the boss for the driver's phone number, which is very convenient. The hotel has its own restaurant, which makes eating very convenient. The tomato yak soup pot is delicious!"

"Facilities: Excellent. The in-room oxygen supply helped us acclimate comfortably to the high altitude. Cleanliness: Very good. Both the shower and toilet were exceptionally clean. Environment: The hotel's overall environment is great, and they even have charging stations for vehicles. Service: Fantastic! From the parking attendant guiding us in, to the staff after check-in, and the restaurant service, everything was superb."
