The hotel recently opened, so all facilities are brand new. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the smart devices are easy to operate. Having a bathtub is a great bonus for relaxing and unwinding. The service is incredibly warm and efficient; check-in was a breeze, and parking is free. It's also conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute drive to hot springs and popular villages. Breakfast and afternoon tea are included, and you can grab as much fruit as you like. The beds are super comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet stay. The environment is peaceful and comfortable, and the value for money is outstanding. If you're coming to Sanxiang, you absolutely must stay here!

Mia provided excellent service. The apartment is in a great location with all amenities nearby, including a supermarket, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. The overall living environment was comfortable, and the room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. I was thoroughly satisfied with everything, and the thoughtful little gift was a nice touch. 進入中山的mansion漫墅杉水營地，是一個叢林當中，彷彿到了另一個時空一樣，休閑寧靜心情非常放鬆relax，星空倉用上全智能包括天窗，窗簾，投影儀等等，內外環境也非常乾淨，未入住前一直擔心洗澡問題，最後我的天呀太乾淨了熱水也是秒到的，空調也相當給力，大家絕對不用擔心衞生問題。也不用擔心小蟲蚊子的問題，雖然看不到滿天星星，但是酒店應該考慮過坐向的問題窗户向東，第二天早上看到日出晨曦。晚餐我們自己帶了燒烤食品用具酒店還會提供好場所給我們。這次旅程對酒店是非常滿意，大家可盲沖。自駕車正正就停在星空倉門口一秒到室內。忘了還有早餐提供

During our seven-night stay at this hotel, we found the location to be highly advantageous due to its proximity to Holiday Plaza and Mixc shopping centre, both within walking distance. Although the hotel exhibits some signs of aging, it maintains a commendable standard. The housekeeping staff demonstrated exceptional diligence in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness. The rooms were notably spacious. The reception staff, particularly Ms. 赵言好, were courteous and efficient, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance. We also had the opportunity to dine at the Chinese restaurant on level 4, where both the yum Cha and dinner were exquisite. The wait staff provided attentive service, making excellent recommendations for preparation methods to ensure our seafood selections were cooked to perfection.

Overall very satisfied, will stay here again. For self-driving, the transportation is convenient. The hotel has ground and basement parking spaces, and there is no need to identify the license plate, which is very convenient. It is about a 5-minute drive from Shunchang Plaza, the busiest area in the city center. The room was also satisfactory, and the bathroom had a small dressing table which was very practical. The water pressure is strong enough, it would be better if conditioner could be provided! Mini fridge available. But the lighting in the room is too dim, hope it can be improved. Breakfast was included but I didn't enjoy it as I wanted to sleep more. The staff's service attitude is very good.

The hotel is located on the eastern side of Zhongshan, where there isn't much to do in the vicinity. The property itself is quite large but feels a bit dated. The water spa is permanently closed, with no notice or updates provided on the hotel's website, which was disappointing. The equipment in the gym also appears worn and in need of replacement. The outdoor pool is very clean. It is a perfect spot to relax. The cleaning team keeps the room tidy and clean throughout my staying. The front staff are very nice and professional. They kindly allowed me a late checkout at no additional cost, which I really appreciated. During my stay, I came across a local night market by the river. It seemed to cater mostly to locals, and the food there was absolutely delicious.

Plus, there's free billiards and even cat petting in the common areas, which was a lot of fun. What really touched me was the front desk service. It was our first time in Zhongshan, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. They not only gave us detailed recommendations for local eateries but also thoughtfully helped us plan an itinerary for nearby attractions. The attention to detail was impeccable – they were so considerate! Even more surprising, the front desk proactively upgraded our room, and as soon as we walked in, we felt a genuine sense of hospitality. Our room was on a high floor, spacious, bright, and had fantastic views. It was highly automated, with an 'Xiaodu' voice assistant that allowed us to control the lights and curtains just by speaking, which was incredibly convenient. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with a full range of quality toiletries. This stay far exceeded our expectations; everything was absolutely perfect. Next time I'm in Zhongshan, this will definitely be my top choice. I highly recommend it to all my friends!
