Zhongshan Hotels with Parking

This review only reflects my experience during this stay: 1. **Service** When heading out, I'd often encounter the cleaning staff. They were very friendly, always greeting me, and cleaned meticulously. They even folded clothes my friend had left scattered and placed them neatly on the bed. The front desk, however, seemed understaffed. Perhaps there have been a lot of check-ins recently. My food delivery arrived, but it took 15 minutes to reach my room. When I went down to check, the front desk was busy with check-ins and didn't even have time to send the robot to deliver the food. 2. **Facilities** Since the hotel is only about a year old, all the facilities are quite new. Although there are only two elevators, they are quite fast. 3. **Location** The attractions in Zhongshan aren't concentrated, so we mostly took taxis to get around. There's a mall directly below the hotel, and another one about 300 meters to the right, so the convenience factor is pretty good.

We brought our kids for a 'hotelcation' at the end of the summer holidays. The hotel staff were generally polite and enthusiastic, providing excellent service. My kids went swimming three times over two days. The pool is heated, and the depth ranges from 0.8-1.4cm, making it suitable for children. It gets quite crowded in the afternoons on weekends with so many families, but it's worth it to see the kids having fun. There's also another warm multi-bubble pool, which is great for younger children. On the same floor, there's a gym and a kids' play area. The gym is clean and has nice views. The kids' play area isn't huge but it's clean, has a ball pit, and kept the kids entertained for a while. We purchased a package that included a buffet dinner and breakfast. The buffet dinner wasn't particularly impressive, but for around 200 yuan, it was about what you'd expect. For the weekend buffet breakfast, you had to queue up after 9 AM, but the staff would seat you. There was a good variety of both Chinese and Western options, pretty standard fare. The room was comfortable and well soundproofed. Many Hong Kongers and foreigners stay here. The hotel even provides bathtub liners, which is a nice touch. The only downside was that the room service was a bit slow on the night we checked in due to how many guests there were.

The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk handled check-in quickly. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and clean, and the soundproofing was good. The location is excellent, right in the business district, making it very convenient for getting around. Great value for money.

The amenities here are excellent and comprehensive, including a projector, disposable plastic slippers, disposable toilet seat covers, bathtub liners, earplugs, and charging cables. There's also a swimming pool and a lake where you can enjoy paddleboarding and fishing. They even offer guided hikes into the mountains with staff. **Hygiene:** The place is clean and tidy, truly reflecting a high-quality hotel standard. **Environment:** It's a natural oxygen bar with emerald green lake water teeming with fish, surrounded by lush green grass. It's a wonderland where humans and animals coexist in perfect harmony with nature. **Service:** Every staff member is incredibly warm, kind, and sincere. They are quick to respond, always willing to help, and provide service with a human touch. A special shout-out to the front desk supervisor, who consistently offers guests a five-star, 'home away from home' butler service. Extremely satisfied! 👍 It's incredibly convenient, only an hour's drive from Shenzhen. This is definitely a hidden gem for urban dwellers that's worth visiting frequently. For guests who might not be fond of dogs, simply inform the owner in advance, and the well-behaved purebred dogs will be kept in the staff quarters. You can relax and have fun with complete peace of mind. There's even an outdoor BBQ area, making for a truly relaxing escape!

USB cable provided to charge phone was slow 9. check into a non smoking room on 9th floor, but hallway had lots of smoke smell from guests who were smoking in their room. hotel needs to manage this better 10. front desk should provide a spare key card to open the air conditioning even when not in the room 11. Do not disturb light is useless without a key card 12. room included transportation benefit of up to 10KM... but need to book at least 2 hours in advance... so could not use as can't plan for such a short trip in such a short time.... may as well take a taxi . also included laundry for 5 items... can't use for a 1 day trip. consider other benefits for short term customers

Overall, the value for money is still quite high. The room was quite spacious and had a bathtub, though the TV screen was a bit small. The complimentary espresso from the automatic coffee machine was just average, which was a little disappointing. The piano in the lobby coffee bar was playing automatically and not very well. My daughter wanted to play it, but after asking the staff, she was told she couldn't, which was another slight disappointment. Since the hotel's kids' club was under renovation and closed, we went to an outdoor playground instead. It was too sunny and hot, and very crowded, so we couldn't get a good spot. We only played for a little while before returning to the hotel. There aren't any outstanding local specialty restaurants nearby. There are two malls, Poly Plaza and Wanminhui, both with standardized stores that lack distinct character, but you can go for the atmosphere. The hotel's buffet breakfast didn't have a huge variety. There were more Western-style breads. The Chinese noodle soup and rice rolls required a long wait, so we didn't queue for them. What was hard to understand was that even with three automatic coffee machines operating, there was still a queue. For children aged 10, there's an additional charge of 79 RMB, which they absolutely won't eat enough to justify. This price is quite expensive; an adult's breakfast added to the room booking is only around 60 RMB, but a child's breakfast is 79? That seems a bit inhospitable. Normally, for families with children, complimentary breakfast for kids would be more child-friendly. The indoor pool operating hours are long enough, from 7 AM to 11 AM, and the kids had a great time. However, the heated pool water wasn't warm enough; it was quite cool, and this is something that needs improvement. Overall, the value for money is still quite high, and it's worth recommending.

The hotel is located on the eastern side of Zhongshan, where there isn't much to do in the vicinity. The property itself is quite large but feels a bit dated. The water spa is permanently closed, with no notice or updates provided on the hotel's website, which was disappointing. The equipment in the gym also appears worn and in need of replacement. The outdoor pool is very clean. It is a perfect spot to relax. The cleaning team keeps the room tidy and clean throughout my staying. The front staff are very nice and professional. They kindly allowed me a late checkout at no additional cost, which I really appreciated. During my stay, I came across a local night market by the river. It seemed to cater mostly to locals, and the food there was absolutely delicious.

location is very good, near main shopping mall. Hotel general is clean. Hotel is very hot as aircon at lobby and along the passageway for all level was not on as windows are all opened (it's 36°c outside ). Level 3 got KTV so it will be a little noisy around 3am-4am

The room is small but clean, and the toiletries are all genuine brands. The breakfast is good and rich. The only downside is that the location is a bit remote. If you don't drive yourself, the surrounding facilities are slightly insufficient. The service is very good, and the complaints of guests are taken very seriously and can be properly resolved in a timely manner.
