Zhongshan Hotels with Parking

This review only reflects my experience during this stay: 1. **Service** When heading out, I'd often encounter the cleaning staff. They were very friendly, always greeting me, and cleaned meticulously. They even folded clothes my friend had left scattered and placed them neatly on the bed. The front desk, however, seemed understaffed. Perhaps there have been a lot of check-ins recently. My food delivery arrived, but it took 15 minutes to reach my room. When I went down to check, the front desk was busy with check-ins and didn't even have time to send the robot to deliver the food. 2. **Facilities** Since the hotel is only about a year old, all the facilities are quite new. Although there are only two elevators, they are quite fast. 3. **Location** The attractions in Zhongshan aren't concentrated, so we mostly took taxis to get around. There's a mall directly below the hotel, and another one about 300 meters to the right, so the convenience factor is pretty good.

First time in Zhongshan and I stayed at the Westin, a Marriott property. Even though it was late at night, the front desk staff, Junor, still gave me excellent service. The spiral staircase at night was beautiful, and the roasted squab in Zhongshan was delicious. It's definitely the internet-famous hotel and a popular photo spot in Zhongshan, just like people say online.

The location is super convenient, the hygiene is great, and the facilities are well-equipped. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Fantastic pet-friendly campsite! The grounds are spacious and spotless, allowing dogs to roam freely and play without restraint, giving owners peace of mind while camping. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, with every detail covered, from drinking water to cleaning supplies. The scenery is beautiful, and the atmosphere is comfortable, making it a perfect choice for a vacation with your furry friend. The experience far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

The reception was attentive. Cris gave me a room upgrade. The room is spacious and nice. But the aircon of the room kept shutting down by itself every few minutes. I called for service. They were very attentive and service was fast, didnt wait too long for them to arrive. After fixing it, a few minutes later, it shut down again. So I called service again but eventually they had me transfered to another room. They were very attentive, they immediately prepared another room, it didn't take long. Though it was troublesome to pack and unpacked again. Breakfast was above decent. But again, I had to go back to reception and verify my breakfast. At first, they gave me a coupon saying breakfast was not included. But I paid for the room with breakfast. So they rechecked their system and change the coupon to with breakfast. Location is near a lot of restaurants. At the back of the hotel, just a few minutes walk, there are a lot of chinese restaurants, KFC, subway, pizza hut, Starbucks, etc... Hilton had my favorite brand of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and lotion...PeterThomasRoth!!! Though i experience a bit of a flaw, their service was impeccable. They would be heedful to your needs.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit. The location is super convenient, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. The room was clean and cozy, and the bedding was really comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and abundant. Definitely great value for money, my stay exceeded all expectations!

The room was incredibly spacious with excellent natural light thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows – fantastic value for money! A thoughtful touch was how the front desk staff, noticing we had a baby during check-in, kindly prepared children's amenities for us. The indoor heated pool was a big hit with the little one, who had a great time.

Came to Guangdong with my child during the winter break. A big thank you to Ms. Yin at the Crowne Plaza for her warm hospitality; she specifically asked about our needs during check-in. The hotel's location is great, with traditional dim sum restaurants and an amazing roasted goose nearby – that roasted goose was truly superb! I'll definitely be back next time.

What should I say? Everything is good. Why give this review? I didn't pay attention at noon on August 4th, but I was chatting and playing games with my partner. There was a cleaning lady. She came to knock on the door. I didn't hear clearly. I heard her and said, ”Wait a minute, I'll be right there.” When I walked over, the cleaning lady had already opened the door with the master card. What I want to say is that the security measures are not good and the cleaning lady's training is not good. After seeing me, she said, ”She thought there was no one in our room.” Damn, there was no one in our room. No, there was no one. We went out and I didn't ask you to clean. You just let the aunt use the master card. Isn't it too much? Why did you open the door with the master card when no one was there? And then on the 5th floor, don't stay in row 517 when you stay in this hotel, because when you open the window, you will find a corridor. People like me who don't have the mind to check whether the windows are closed tightly when staying in a hotel, I dare not think about it if something happens.
