This review only reflects my experience during this stay: 1. **Service** When heading out, I'd often encounter the cleaning staff. They were very friendly, always greeting me, and cleaned meticulously. They even folded clothes my friend had left scattered and placed them neatly on the bed. The front desk, however, seemed understaffed. Perhaps there have been a lot of check-ins recently. My food delivery arrived, but it took 15 minutes to reach my room. When I went down to check, the front desk was busy with check-ins and didn't even have time to send the robot to deliver the food. 2. **Facilities** Since the hotel is only about a year old, all the facilities are quite new. Although there are only two elevators, they are quite fast. 3. **Location** The attractions in Zhongshan aren't concentrated, so we mostly took taxis to get around. There's a mall directly below the hotel, and another one about 300 meters to the right, so the convenience factor is pretty good.

We brought our kids for a 'hotelcation' at the end of the summer holidays. The hotel staff were generally polite and enthusiastic, providing excellent service. My kids went swimming three times over two days. The pool is heated, and the depth ranges from 0.8-1.4cm, making it suitable for children. It gets quite crowded in the afternoons on weekends with so many families, but it's worth it to see the kids having fun. There's also another warm multi-bubble pool, which is great for younger children. On the same floor, there's a gym and a kids' play area. The gym is clean and has nice views. The kids' play area isn't huge but it's clean, has a ball pit, and kept the kids entertained for a while. We purchased a package that included a buffet dinner and breakfast. The buffet dinner wasn't particularly impressive, but for around 200 yuan, it was about what you'd expect. For the weekend buffet breakfast, you had to queue up after 9 AM, but the staff would seat you. There was a good variety of both Chinese and Western options, pretty standard fare. The room was comfortable and well soundproofed. Many Hong Kongers and foreigners stay here. The hotel even provides bathtub liners, which is a nice touch. The only downside was that the room service was a bit slow on the night we checked in due to how many guests there were.

The surroundings were lively, but it was surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed, which was great. The facilities were complete, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The hygiene was impeccable; you could walk barefoot on the floor and it wouldn't be dirty. The staff were very responsive and quick to address any needs. Overall, a perfect experience.

The amenities here are excellent and comprehensive, including a projector, disposable plastic slippers, disposable toilet seat covers, bathtub liners, earplugs, and charging cables. There's also a swimming pool and a lake where you can enjoy paddleboarding and fishing. They even offer guided hikes into the mountains with staff. **Hygiene:** The place is clean and tidy, truly reflecting a high-quality hotel standard. **Environment:** It's a natural oxygen bar with emerald green lake water teeming with fish, surrounded by lush green grass. It's a wonderland where humans and animals coexist in perfect harmony with nature. **Service:** Every staff member is incredibly warm, kind, and sincere. They are quick to respond, always willing to help, and provide service with a human touch. A special shout-out to the front desk supervisor, who consistently offers guests a five-star, 'home away from home' butler service. Extremely satisfied! 👍 It's incredibly convenient, only an hour's drive from Shenzhen. This is definitely a hidden gem for urban dwellers that's worth visiting frequently. For guests who might not be fond of dogs, simply inform the owner in advance, and the well-behaved purebred dogs will be kept in the staff quarters. You can relax and have fun with complete peace of mind. There's even an outdoor BBQ area, making for a truly relaxing escape!

The first thing I do when I enter a room is check for hidden dirty spots, and the results here were comforting: Bedding: The pristine white sheets had no hairs or wrinkles, and when I sniffed them up close, I could smell a faint scent of sunshine. Bathroom: The shower glass was sparkling clean, the towels were neatly folded, and the sealed disinfectant packaging was intact. Core Advantage Three: Warm Service (even a little 'overly attentive') The service here isn't rigid or by-the-book; instead, they proactively think about the guests: When checking in, the front desk staff saw I had a child and offered me slippers and toothbrushes without me asking. The cleaning lady by the elevator saw me holding my room key and phone, and proactively pressed the floor button for me.

Check in and check out was prompt Breakfast is value for money Hotel room was very large and clean (Premiier Queen Room) water pressure and toilet bowl functioned well had toothpaste and brush amenity, slippers available location of hotel is close to many restaurants and short taxi drive away from other shops improvements 1.need to add a garbage bin in washroom area and not just next to the toilet 2.side vanity mirror in washroom was useless as the arms cannot extend closer to your face to view 3. door to toilet bowl was very hard to open... due to air pressure. 4. toilet bowl is so stuffy with no ventilation 5. provide more than 1 toilet roll 6. bathtub has no side handles... difficult and slippery to get in and out of bathtub 7.room was so big as compared to the TV display size 8. USB cable provided to charge phone was slow 9. check into a non smoking room on 9th floor, but hallway had lots of smoke smell from guests who were smoking in their room. hotel needs to manage this better 10. front desk should provide a spare key card to open the air conditioning even when not in the room 11. Do not disturb light is useless without a key card 12. room included transportation benefit of up to 10KM... but need to book at least 2 hours in advance... so could not use as can't plan for such a short trip in such a short time.... may as well take a taxi . also included laundry for 5 items... can't use for a 1 day trip. consider other benefits for short term customers

The room was incredibly spacious with excellent natural light thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows – fantastic value for money! A thoughtful touch was how the front desk staff, noticing we had a baby during check-in, kindly prepared children's amenities for us. The indoor heated pool was a big hit with the little one, who had a great time.

Came to Guangdong with my child during the winter break. A big thank you to Ms. Yin at the Crowne Plaza for her warm hospitality; she specifically asked about our needs during check-in. The hotel's location is great, with traditional dim sum restaurants and an amazing roasted goose nearby – that roasted goose was truly superb! I'll definitely be back next time.

What should I say? Everything is good. Why give this review? I didn't pay attention at noon on August 4th, but I was chatting and playing games with my partner. There was a cleaning lady. She came to knock on the door. I didn't hear clearly. I heard her and said, ”Wait a minute, I'll be right there.” When I walked over, the cleaning lady had already opened the door with the master card. What I want to say is that the security measures are not good and the cleaning lady's training is not good. After seeing me, she said, ”She thought there was no one in our room.” Damn, there was no one in our room. No, there was no one. We went out and I didn't ask you to clean. You just let the aunt use the master card. Isn't it too much? Why did you open the door with the master card when no one was there? And then on the 5th floor, don't stay in row 517 when you stay in this hotel, because when you open the window, you will find a corridor. People like me who don't have the mind to check whether the windows are closed tightly when staying in a hotel, I dare not think about it if something happens.
