Very Good
JJuMo22The rooms were clean, and had most things needed to enjoy your stay. Our side sea view rooms had good views of the beach and surrounding area. My room had a small balcony, whereas my son’s was slightly bigger, so it depends on whereabouts your room is positioned in the hotel. There is a separate building with apartments where families with children can stay. The breakfast had plenty of choice for us and was available most days until 10.30am. The hotel pool is located in front of the apartments and is not very big for the size of the complex, hence why there are not many sunbeds. The beach is right in front of the area though. You also get pool towels to use free of charge and the safe in the room. Also appreciated the small fridge in the room for drinks etc. It was situated perfectly for visiting the restaurants and bars we loved, so overall we were pleased with our stay here and would definitely stay again.
GGuest UserI'm a solo traveller, but booked a double room. It was super cheap in early May, so it made sense to me.
The bedroom was quite spacious. And had a built in wardrobe with safe, a desk, balcony and separate shower room/toilet. There was a small fridge which helped keep my water cool. The tap water tasted chemically and research says it's best to drink bottled water. Aldi is 5 minutes walk away and the water was very cheap.
I didn't check the facilities of the hotel, so I can't comment, but everywhere I went was clean and presentable.
I did have dinner one evening, which was a lot of different Euro foods. It was pretty good quality, but I would have eaten elsewhere if it wasn't raining. I think it changes daily.
You're five minutes walk away from the beach. You can just about see the sea from the hotel. I was only on floor #2 so it might be better higher up.
Can Picafort is around 90 minutes from the airport and Palma by bus. It was filled with cyclists, despite not having many dedicated cycle lanes.
The beach is nice with decent places to eat.
Many of the guests were German. Not a bad thing, but I didn't hear many fellow Brits to have a conversation with. The staff spoke great English though and were very helpful.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel weirdly gave us an “upgrade” to the apartment which is not that nice, modern and clean (there were bugs in the bath tub and hair in the drawers) as you can see in the first 2 pics but of a higher price. When we asked to change back to the room we booked, we staff wouldn’t just help us changed the room and had acted very weird as if we are not entitled to the room… This one particular staff (senior manager I believe) gave us “one final chance” as she said, and made us go up and down to check the room to make sure we “will not regret it” which makes no sense to us at all.
