Amazing
Ffei81Spacious room and comfort bed. Soap smells nice. Doors are very heavy to open, so it was difficult when you have to drag heavy luggage. Location to city centre is ok but very far if you want to go to train station.

Great
GGuest UserWe had an outstanding stay at The Fellows House Cambridge, Curio Collection by Hilton,
made even more memorable by the excellent service from Nish. From the moment we arrived, Nish went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and comfortable. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality truly stood out and elevated my experience. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such genuine care of guests, and Nish’s dedication made me feel valued and well looked after throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel, not only for its great facilities but especially for the exceptional service provided by Nish. We’ll definitely return!
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet and peaceful for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

CCarcar IpThe hotel staffs are excellent included the check in staff, swimming pool receptionist, restaurant staffs, and the cleaner,I left my mobile phone when check out,I went to my car to search and when I returned to the lobby,a staff holding my phone and wait for me there.Grateful to them made my term break trip so impressed and will definitely go back if I had holidays, highly recommend
GGuest UserThe prime location is the most appealing about this hotel. The room was comfortable and contained all the necessities required. Pleasant stay. Unfortunately on a Saturday at 7am there was an accidental fire alarm but non of the reception staff seemed to know how to inform guests that it was an ‘accident’ so many guests were left wondering where to go and if it was real and it caused a lot of confusion.

GGuest UserMy husband and I enjoyed our stay. The jacuzzi was lovely and the sauna + pool too. Breakfast was good and hot. Large rooms and friendly staff. Would stay again.
LLuis OrlandoCambridge is an expensive town. That said, the price of the room did not reflect the amenities or the size of the room. Basically, the bathroom was so small as to be useless, and the bedroom very poorly lit and felt cluttered.
The hotel is on top of a very cozy pub near Jesus Green, and within a comfortable walk to city centre. The room was clean and relatively quiet (the pub/hotel are located at a big intersection with frequent traffic).
It would be ideal if the room price was closer to 100£, rather than 200£…

Good
GGuest UserThe location is pretty good if you have a car, as you can get to Cambridge in 15 min. Also there's a mini shopping center next door, so you'll be able to eat and do some shopping. The only point is that the swimming pool and gym shown in the photos simply don't exist! I would come back...
CChris HineI was disappointed that my room was not cleaned, nor bed made, after my first night. The sign requesting not to be disturbed was hanging on the door handle inside the room. I only discovered the note instructing me to hang another sign, found with the towels on a chair in the room, on the outside handle requesting ”new towels”, if I wanted the room serviced.
If the cleaners do not enter the room unless there is a visible request for new towels, what is the necessity of a sign requesting not to be disturbed? No one is going to come in.
I fully understand the advantages of not replacing the towels every day - and endorse that. But I would have liked to be clearly informed of the note in the paper that came with my room ”key”.
