SSinitaChopraOur stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional.
A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient.
An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

羅羅希Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

DdolphinzxqThe service was very good, although the Sikh foreman at the front desk was a little taciturn, but after we arrived at the hotel late the first night, the air-conditioning sound in the room was too loud (the hotel equipment is really outdated), and I changed it quickly after I proposed room.
There are not many types of breakfast, which are generally the same in India. You can't have too high requirements to be full. Hotel location is a bit biased, there are no small shops around, my husband went out to buy water for about 20 minutes. Riding TUTU to the Golden Temple is about 50-100 rubles, which is cheaper.
Equipment, bedding is really old, hygiene is still very clean.
If it wasn't for the day when I checked out that I accidentally noticed that there was a spot of unwashed oil on the end of the quilt, I should have given a high score, but it was really uncomfortable and I found it after sleeping for three days.

GGuest UserThe first room they gave us was not good - the key card holder fell off - the room had a musty smell and was a corner room - thought is was small in size. So we requested then to change the room - they were kind enough to comply but then we found that all rooms are very small in this hotel - I guess we got swayed by the Marriot name and then realised that this is a low end hotel of the Marriott.
We would rate this as an average hotel

GGuest Userur experience at the Sarovar Premiere in Amritsar was absolutely amazing! Security staff at the entrance, reception, bell boys, housekeeping were all very efficient and helpful. In the restaurant the food was outstanding and served very well. In particular Baljeet serving us during meals was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to serve some brilliant cuisine from the menus.
We definitely recommend this hotel for its hospitality and for wedding events as we encountered some colourful functions.

YYarenLocated in the center of the city, it is perfect for visiting the Golden Temple, museums, and walking around the surrounding towns. The hotel is a renovated Maharaja's palace, a historical heritage site, and offers comfortable rooms and related facilities. Anyone interested in culture and historical heritage will be satisfied. In addition, there is a food court adjacent to the main dining area, so you have a lot of freedom when it comes to eating. The hospitality of the hotel staff is high and you can expect friendly service. I would like to visit again next time.

GGuest UserNew, modern property close by the airport, stayed here to enjoy the serenity of the surrounding and escape the hectic ”chowks” of amritsar. Beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms with quality toiletries. Bedding was very comfortable. Service was excellent on all departments, food and breakfast was great
