GGuest Userhi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed .
food is also very nice . 👍

GGuest UserGood room & good service only have to clearly remind them to clean the room. Left room key at reception but room was not cleaned, was cleaned later when asked. Overall good experience.

GGuest UserThe stay was pleasant stay however the access to night club at the same property, they charged cover charge for staying guest on none event day which was wednesday. Found it more making money concept in this hotel. Otherwise it was decent stay. I dont have it handy

GGuest UserGot the hotel name from google. Food quality is very low. much below standard. Staff behavior is so rude that they use the statement. Its not a ”aloo pyaaz” shop. such disgusting arrogant nonsense staff. Booked the room with so high cost but initially given the smallest room. later when i pushed, then changed to bigger room with extra charges which i paid as well.

GGuest Usergood location,very well furnished room with all amenities. checked-in at 12.10 am and got fantastic dinner served by room service. had a lots of options in breakfast .we had a very good experience.

GGuest UserThe property is at a prime location in Pan Bazaar. Staff were cooperative, check-in was quick and the room was allotted within 15-20 mins of arrival. Room amenities included AC, TV, Twin Bed, Wardrobe, Tea/Coffee making sachets. No dental kit was provided however after calling the room service, the same was immediately delivered. In house dining is available but the price is very high. Overall a decent stay.

- basic wifi strength
- hot water for bath / shower
- bathroom doors that close
- the tv doesn't have any options for cable the hotel doors / frames are showing signs of wear and tear. - the front desk employee was very kind and changed the room for the next days stay. - the breakfast is substantial
- the location is adequate as it is quiet
