DDarren_in_BarcelonaThe hotel is in a good location if you want to be close to Bologna central railway station and the airport. The walk to the old town isn’t so far and you pass many nice things along the way. The area is safe and I walked back to the hotel after dark along the main thoroughfare and had no issues.
The room was quite small but it’s enough for one person. The staff were friendly and I was able to store my bag.
The only issue I had was the lack of air conditioning. The unit was present in the room but it was impossible to turn on due to it being April. Generally it wasn’t bad but the room was particularly stuffy in the morning and evening so it wasn’t so comfortable for sleeping.
I understand that it’s April and it’s considered too early to turn on the air conditioning but it’s actually turned on in the lobby for the staff. So by that logic, it should be turned on in the rooms also.
After living and traveling in Asia for many years it’s disappointing to see Italian hotels being stingy with money - especially considering the guests have paid money.
It’s a shame because besides this I liked the hotel and the staff. I hope the savings made by turning off the air conditioning are worth it.

GGuest UserLocation is very near to the bologna centrale station ~ 5 mins away. Good especially if you’re lugging a lot of luggages but quite a walk away from the main piazza shopping area ~ took us around 15-20 mins.
Room provides 3in1 cappucino and milk creamer! Not all hotels provide these. There are English Tv channels. There is pillow menu even! Room is clean, kettle is cleaned sparkly too.
Toilet light went faulty during our stay; flickering. We called reception to inform and she was supposed to call us back to let us know if their technician was still around at work to come and fix it or not but she may have forgotten to return us back the call. Checking out the next day so we didn’t bother but for guests staying longer you may have to call back reception to check….

Breakfast was bright and generous, full of small details that made the morning feel lighter. The smell of coffee, the sound of soft conversation, the way sunlight filled the dining area, it was the kind of calm that makes you grateful to simply be there.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not located in the city center, but there is direct bus access to get around easily. The room is clean and hygienic. The breakfast offered is varied and plentiful, and the staff serving it are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was when I arrived at night and asked the front desk for an extra blanket. Although they agreed, the blanket was never delivered.

GGuest UserThe housekeeper didn't replenish the toilet paper in the bathroom. They also didn't empty the trash daily. Coffee was only available for free in the mornings. I used to get fruit and snacks in the afternoon, but not anymore.

NNoushleoEverything was really good .. we never used public transportation, so we can’t recollect the actual distance from the metro station, but the facilities in the hotels were super good .. breakfast was vivid , bathroom was big, and the room was spacious .. we booked for one night , and we renewed for next day .. recommended for everyone

GGuest UserGood location. Paid (50€) extra to be in the main hotel and not their apartment somewhere nextdoor, not sure if it was worth it. It had a bit of a new spa feeling. All very new, think they are going for a boutique hotel style, but not classy. Nice terrace though.

AAnonymous UserIt's a little far from the train station, but it's along the main road, so it's easy to find. There's not a lot of restaurants or shops around, so you have to walk a little to the city center. But the facilities are clean and spacious. There are two shower rooms in the girls' room, so there's no conflict even if there are many people. It's safe and convenient for girls traveling alone.

Aaz00azureThe location is very good in the center of the old city. It is very close to the art gallery. The breakfast is good. The room is slightly smaller but quiet and comfortable. What do you want in the coffee shop restaurant milk tea shop around? It is very suitable for a day or two.

AAlexandraSThe hotel was a little bit modern in the entrance however, the rooms not really, there was rusty in the bathroom heather…
On our Room there was not even one full set of towels, neither 2 since we booked for 2 adults, however the employee from reception came to give us one set when we ask though.
Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Not much choice, anyway. Has a free parking which was a plus for us but not sure if would come back since it is supposed to be a 4* hotel and we paid for that, however, I would give 3 stars.
The only photo I have is from the window of the room sorry.
