AAnonymous UserThis was my second stay at this hotel, and I definitely wouldn't stay here again if it wasn't good. First of all, the location is absolutely fantastic! ദ്ദി（˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ） ✧ It's very convenient whether you're arriving in Bologna from the airport or starting your trip from Bologna Central Station. The breakfast is also excellent! ദ്ദി（• ˕ •マ.ᐟ） The selection is comprehensive, the taste is great, and they start serving at 6:30 am, which is perfect for those taking early high-speed trains. The taxi service is also excellent 👌🏻 It's very convenient to get to various attractions. If I come to Bologna again, I will definitely stay at this international hotel again.

JJack ferrettiI Visited Bologna solo for a long weekend (Friday to Sunday) check in desk is 24 hours which is helpful since I arrived later. The room was small but clean and well equipped the hotel is extremely well located, 30 seconds walk from the main square with plenty of restaurants and bars around. amazing breakfast included in the hotel. I would definitely recommend, and revisit next time I’m in Bologna

GGuest UserThe hotel has a nice decor, typical of a four-star hotel. The breakfast was delicious; among many Italian hotels I've stayed at, this is the only one that offers eggs prepared in more than one way (boiled, scrambled, and fried). There's also a rooftop terrace and swimming pool, but I didn't go.
The contrast between the room and the bathroom was quite striking. There was no hand soap, only bar soap, and the shampoo and shower gel were only small tubes. Also, surprisingly, it wasn't a separate shower and toilet area, unlike some other rooms that did.

GGuest UserThe 24-hour reception is super convenient, and they let you store your luggage for free beforehand. The staff are friendly and professional. There's an elevator, and the room was quite spacious with new amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is huge, with plenty of utensils and counter space available. It's located in a residential area, so you have to walk a bit to find shops, but it's not too far. Overall, it was a great stay; I was satisfied with everything.

GGuest UserWe have only stayed one night and did not look out for all the facilities in the hotel. The room and bathroom was good and all that we needed was there. The pillows were a little too hard. Beds were good. Nice breakfast with a lot of veriety. Service was nice and professional.
The hotel is a little of the centre - but easy and nice walk of about 20-25 minutes.

DDenisОчень холодно! Вентиляция холодным потоком воздуха дует прямо в номер, прямо на нашу кровать! И её не отключить, на ресепшене нам сказали, что так во всех номерах. Мы спали в тёплой одежде, с головой укрывшись под одеялом!!!! Это ужасно! Вы сделали хорошую гостиницу, но какой в этом смысл, если ваши гости будут мёрзнуть и болеть во время путешествия!!! Из-за вас мы уехали из этого номера больные. Не рекомендуем этот отель! Так же в номере нет чайника и тапочек.
