"Nice old hotel. No frills but the room was spacious and clean. We had to park the car some 200-300 m away and walk. Located not too far from the historical center and SPA. There`s also a grocery and DM shop, very convenient. The host at the reception was really nice. Grazie!"

Anonymous UserHotel facilities are OK, breakfast is not bad, the only thing that makes me dissatisfied is that there are mosquitoes in the room, and bugs crawling on me! This is really a bit too much!

The hotel itself represents a certain interest, as the rest of the former luxury, feels the atmosphere unfortunately at a time of ever-dead.
What didn't like - the number is small and hot - I don't know why, although the ceilings are very high. The pillows are not comfortable - one little, two already overcharged.
Cleanness - at the time of my settlement on the floor was dust.
The shower is a small cabin with a built-in shower. When you open the water, you enjoy the cold for a long time until the hot finally goes.
The most serious minus - when leaving the hotel tried to remove the previously paid booking from me - saw it purely by chance. Thanks to the Trip.com support service the conflict was removed, but the siege remained.

Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :((
Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy
Would stay again but choose my time

The location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.

Beautiful place. A lot of green area around the hotel. Large pool in front of the hotel. Rooms are large, clean. Breakfasts are very rich and varied 🙂.
We always come back here when we're in the 🙂 neighborhood.

We stayed one night as a couple with our pet and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was perfectly clean, beautifully arranged, and equipped with fresh white towels(love it). Everything felt spotless and comfortable from the very beginning. Perfect location a well!
The staff greeted us with such kindness and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home. They were attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. For travelers with pets there will be no problem at all — the hotel is truly pet-friendly and welcoming.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and friendly place to stay!
