"The room itself was comfortable and had all we needed. The staff all around the hotel were always really friendly with plenty of generosity in every interaction, sometimes even going the extra mile to satisfy our needs. And the location is close to many cafes and restaurants, a conveniently close super market (Conad) and stops/stations including the central train station, all at walking distance. Overall a great stay!"

Really nice hotel with an authentic and warm atmosphere. It was clean here and we got a nice deluxe room with good beds and good air conditioning. The staff are professional and very service minded - but above all incredibly nice and friendly. We especially send our warmest greetings to Marta. We had the best holliday here and will definitely come back. Manu greetings from Eva and Sofie from Denmark.

El aire acondicionado fallo y decian que no podian hacer nada. Bajé a dormir a la recepcion. El vigilante de noche me ofreció una habitacion con aire que funcionava. A veces hay que ser un pico imaginativo

Wonderful hotel! A special thank you to the lovely manager — she is incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help. She really makes you feel welcome and well taken care of.
The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The whole hotel has a warm and pleasant atmosphere, and all the staff are friendly and attentive. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.

This hotel is a good base for exploring Tuscany. The staff were polite and friendly.
However in my opinion this is not worthy of a 4 star rating. It was pretty basic, thin towels, no robes, we just had bare walls in a small room. This is a 3 star hotel in my opinion. It’s fine but if you like luxury then you need to go elsewhere.

A very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet very extensive. Railway station walking and very good train connection to Florence. We have enjoyed our stay very much and recommend the hotel very much.
