GGuest UserReally nice hotel with an authentic and warm atmosphere. It was clean here and we got a nice deluxe room with good beds and good air conditioning. The staff are professional and very service minded - but above all incredibly nice and friendly. We especially send our warmest greetings to Marta. We had the best holliday here and will definitely come back. Manu greetings from Eva and Sofie from Denmark.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location. Internet is terrible. The staff are friendly. The bad thing is they allow pets in all rooms. I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. As animals in the bed could have fleas and fur or dander which is an allergy. I do not understand letting dogs and cats sleep in the bed and on pillows. Animals are not bathed like people. they drool and who knows may urinate in the room.

NNadezdaNice old hotel. No frills but the room was spacious and clean. We had to park the car some 200-300 m away and walk. Located not too far from the historical center and SPA. There`s also a grocery and DM shop, very convenient. The host at the reception was really nice. Grazie!

HHave to travelThe location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a good base for exploring Tuscany. The staff were polite and friendly.
However in my opinion this is not worthy of a 4 star rating. It was pretty basic, thin towels, no robes, we just had bare walls in a small room. This is a 3 star hotel in my opinion. It’s fine but if you like luxury then you need to go elsewhere.

GGuest UserWe stayed one night as a couple with our pet and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was perfectly clean, beautifully arranged, and equipped with fresh white towels(love it). Everything felt spotless and comfortable from the very beginning. Perfect location a well!
The staff greeted us with such kindness and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home. They were attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. For travelers with pets there will be no problem at all — the hotel is truly pet-friendly and welcoming.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and friendly place to stay!
