Montecatini Terme Hotels with Parking

Really nice hotel with an authentic and warm atmosphere. It was clean here and we got a nice deluxe room with good beds and good air conditioning. The staff are professional and very service minded - but above all incredibly nice and friendly. We especially send our warmest greetings to Marta. We had the best holliday here and will definitely come back. Manu greetings from Eva and Sofie from Denmark.

The hotel has a good location. Internet is terrible. The staff are friendly. The bad thing is they allow pets in all rooms. I have severe allergies and when I found out they let pets in all rooms I had no time to cancel. I was itchy in the night. As animals in the bed could have fleas and fur or dander which is an allergy. I do not understand letting dogs and cats sleep in the bed and on pillows. Animals are not bathed like people. they drool and who knows may urinate in the room.

A slightly dated hotel. The plumbing pipes are noisy in the mornings. (That was the only negative point, though.) Since I'm from Germany, everything is better than my own apartment (I'm from Böblingen, and you wouldn't want to live there...). Therefore, I don't know if my opinion carries much weight. The cleaning staff was very competent. The reception was friendly, and with the right partner, the hotel is well-suited for exploring the northern cities of Tuscany, especially Florence. Good value for money. I can't comment on the food, as I always ate out.

The location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.

The boss is very welcoming, the breakfast is great, and the location is easy to find. The traffic jam was late at night, the boss waited until 9:30, and parking was very convenient. The environment is elegant and there is a balcony to sit down.

My wife and I stayed in the middle of August week, we found ourselves very well, the place is really beautiful, strategic and very cure, careful and gentle staff, spacious rooms, comfortable and especially very clean and bright. Breakfast with buffet with excellent products, clean pool, car place and a fantastic peace! We will surely return, thanks to all the staff! David and Ale ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed one night as a couple with our pet and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was perfectly clean, beautifully arranged, and equipped with fresh white towels(love it). Everything felt spotless and comfortable from the very beginning. Perfect location a well! The staff greeted us with such kindness and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home. They were attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. For travelers with pets there will be no problem at all — the hotel is truly pet-friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and friendly place to stay!
