GGuest UserReally nice hotel with an authentic and warm atmosphere. It was clean here and we got a nice deluxe room with good beds and good air conditioning. The staff are professional and very service minded - but above all incredibly nice and friendly. We especially send our warmest greetings to Marta. We had the best holliday here and will definitely come back. Manu greetings from Eva and Sofie from Denmark.

ККоля ОстенбакенThe hotel itself represents a certain interest, as the rest of the former luxury, feels the atmosphere unfortunately at a time of ever-dead.
What didn't like - the number is small and hot - I don't know why, although the ceilings are very high. The pillows are not comfortable - one little, two already overcharged.
Cleanness - at the time of my settlement on the floor was dust.
The shower is a small cabin with a built-in shower. When you open the water, you enjoy the cold for a long time until the hot finally goes.
The most serious minus - when leaving the hotel tried to remove the previously paid booking from me - saw it purely by chance. Thanks to the Trip.com support service the conflict was removed, but the siege remained.

HHave to travelThe location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.

GGuest UserBeautiful place. A lot of green area around the hotel. Large pool in front of the hotel. Rooms are large, clean. Breakfasts are very rich and varied 🙂.
We always come back here when we're in the 🙂 neighborhood.

GGuest UserA very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet very extensive. Railway station walking and very good train connection to Florence. We have enjoyed our stay very much and recommend the hotel very much.
