The service is very good, the hotel is large, the beach is beautiful, and the swimming pool is large and clean. Tipping is free, the food is rich, and dinner needs to be reserved. After checking out at noon, you can stay to eat, drink and play until you go to the airport

The location is like a corner where you go at night, so you can't go out without a car. I think it has the best facilities among the hotels. It's clean and there's nothing unnecessary. The restaurant also has an open feel and is really nice. The service was very good, but since I stayed at Scarlet Arte just before, I was disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, but I think the company's proactive activities will make up for everything. The rice is more delicious than Scarlet Arte and the quality is better. It's a shame there aren't any activities, but I think they will happen in the future if the company invests more. The four-day stay was very good. The only drawback was that the floor of the room was too slippery. You have to be careful. Before I checked out on the last day, it was raining outside and the floor of the room was wet and slippery. I fell twice and my foot was completely swollen. I couldn't walk normally for the next few days. Fortunately, I found no fractures after a check-up.

The hotel had just opened, so there were a few minor issues, but these were quickly resolved and didn't bother us too much. Our personal butler, Gabriela, took excellent care of us. The food was fantastic (10/10). The staff was very friendly, but the service at the beach and pool was disastrous. After several complaints and requests for towels and drinks, the situation improved somewhat, but only for that one day. We had to repeat our complaints daily, even though we were VIP guests! We got the impression that the hotel is heavily geared towards guests from the USA and neglects guests from other countries. Under these circumstances, we cannot recommend the hotel. Management should reconsider this.

Beautiful well maintained resort. It looks new. Room is spacious with balcony overlooking the ocean. Food is excellent throughout from all the restaurants. The best restaurants imo are the Steak house, Italian restaurant n the Mexican restaurant. The beach with fine white sand is clean n almost free of sargassum @ this time of the year in Dec. Good service throughout from all the hotel's staff there. Highly recommended.

I booked a sea view suite for about $250 a night, and stayed for a week. Because of the US epidemic, there were less than ten guests in the resort, so it was empty, and a restaurant was opened. There is a supermarket in the hotel, open from Monday to Saturday, you can buy some necessities. It is because the hotel’s own restaurant is very poor, so it is necessary to rent a car to go outside the restaurant to buy and eat back to the hotel, the hotel comes with a car rental service, car rental 46 dollars a day insurance. The restaurant outside the hotel is very cheap to eat. Basically, it costs US$100 to buy enough food for 3 days and bring it back to the hotel. Talk about the advantages. Very quiet, sea view suites have everything, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tableware, washing machine, very suitable for family living. The bed is very large and very comfortable, really comfortable! Also, the hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel is not in the 7th district, so the price is very economical.

It was a great hotel, I loved the vibe especially the sunset was amazing! Great costumer service and very delicious food! The only thing that i didn't like was the beach, very sallow so you couldn't have a proper swim unless you walked a bit. But in general was amazing!

Honest review: Only stay here if you are a backpacker. We stayed as a couple on vacation. The location is very good. The rooms are extremely small. The shower sometime did not have hot water and pressure was low. The bathroom smelt badly of some cleaning product or grey water. There is no safe in the room. The pool was dirty. The private beach area is very pretty BUT please note, you can only sit on the loungers if you spend 200 peso in the bar......so realy there is no where to sit and chill. You can't swim on this side, but it is very close to the swim beach. We booked to stay 3 nights but left after 2. No where to wash feet and sand is everywhere.
