Very conveniently located, just a few steps away from the ferry terminal. Nice, friendly and skilled staff. Rooms facing the ocean (the street is rather noisy due to all the golf carts that pretty much everyone seems to rent).

I booked a sea view suite for about $250 a night, and stayed for a week. Because of the US epidemic, there were less than ten guests in the resort, so it was empty, and a restaurant was opened. There is a supermarket in the hotel, open from Monday to Saturday, you can buy some necessities. It is because the hotel’s own restaurant is very poor, so it is necessary to rent a car to go outside the restaurant to buy and eat back to the hotel, the hotel comes with a car rental service, car rental 46 dollars a day insurance. The restaurant outside the hotel is very cheap to eat. Basically, it costs US$100 to buy enough food for 3 days and bring it back to the hotel. Talk about the advantages. Very quiet, sea view suites have everything, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tableware, washing machine, very suitable for family living. The bed is very large and very comfortable, really comfortable! Also, the hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel is not in the 7th district, so the price is very economical.

Overall, I would rate this 5/10. The resort has beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery—I'd give the environment 9/10. The pool was nice, although it extremely shallow. So you can’t swim. You just stand. There are plenty of amenities, and on paper it's an all-inclusive resort, but that doesn't mean much if the food is disappointing. The room was spacious and clean. When we first entered, it had a very strong chlorine smell, but apart from that, it was well maintained. The biggest letdown was the food. The “Italian” restaurant is a 3/10. The pizza was at best disappointing, the rest of the dishes were just average. The only ice cream shop is at best 4/10—completely bland. The pizza place had a waiting time of 30min. So I couldn’t try it. There was a moment were all places were closed. So I couldn’t have an early lunch or late breakfast. So I got some fruit (ok) and some extremely unfresh and dry burger from a bar, which I couldn’t finish. The lunch buffet was also 3/10, honestly some of the worst food I've had ever. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent (9/10) with a great variety of options. The drinks were another disappointment. They were extremely weak. Normally, one or two cocktails are enough for me, but here I needed four or five to feel anything, which made them seem heavily diluted. The staff were excellent throughout the stay—friendly, professional, and helpful. One thing that surprised me was the activities. Before going to the beach, I asked about one excursion and was told it cost $80 per person. So it seems that not every activity is included in an all-inclusive package… but charging $80 per person for a boat trip to go swimming felt excessive. For €240 per night, I expected much better food and better overall value. The beautiful grounds and good staff weren't enough to make up for the disappointing dining experience.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The check in process was quick within 5-10 mins and we were given the quiet room type as requested when we booked which is great. Room is big and clean with amazing ocean view and come with your own private balcony and hammock. Shower water pressure and temperature were on point too. We were worried about the Wi-Fi due to the numerous complaints seen online but surprisingly it was great throughout our stay at the highest floor! Fresh drinking water located the lobby with hot drinks making facility and they also provide microwave which is a bonus. Location is very strategic as well, just get off the ferry pier then walk straight up the road and within 2 mins you will find Rocamar. Supermarket (Super Aki) is nearby too, within 1-2 mins walk only. So as the restaurants, laundry services and souvenir shops which were less than 5 mins walk. We would highly recommend this hotel. Con: They can improve on washing the towels, though cleaned but still stained.

It was a great hotel, I loved the vibe especially the sunset was amazing! Great costumer service and very delicious food! The only thing that i didn't like was the beach, very sallow so you couldn't have a proper swim unless you walked a bit. But in general was amazing!

Great experience, very well organized and constantly kept clean and tidy by the staff. I would highly recommend it also for the convenience of all the services and the structure in general! The kitchen is large and well equipped, there is a library, an area to work, a more easy area with tables and chairs, the pool is inside there is also a bar restaurant, a beautiful open platform overlooking the sea, the diving school and a massage center. The rooms and beds are a bit dated, but everything seemed clean to me. You can rent a towel and a deposit is required for the key. Unfortunately, due to my carelessness, I left my yoga mat unattended and it was stolen ... On the last day I no longer found my food bag in the fridge even though my name was on it. I hope it is an isolated case.

Location is perfect, and the room is clean. Period of this is what you are looking it’s great. Customer service does not Exist in this place. The staff was rude and they ask for a deposit which is really odd.

I really like hotel because it has everything within walking distance with a beautiful beach across the street. Price is very reasonable, but make sure you get the new side and not the old. I have stayed there several times and still love it!
