The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from the pier. Waking up in the morning and looking out from the balcony, the view is absolutely stunning! I wish I could stay a couple more days; I could eat and play cards on the balcony! The room has a kitchen, and all the dishes, utensils, and cups were provided, but there was no oil or salt. When we left, we threw out all the trash and washed all the dishes, making it look brand new again!

Facilities: Complete kitchenware, no oil, salt, sauce and vinegar are needed, suitable for cooking Western food. Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee pot are all available. Air conditioner, electric fan, two TVs each. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided, but the quality is average. The hair dryer is ordinary and old. Disadvantages: Being on the mountain is its disadvantage, but the sea view rooms are all on the mountain. Another problem is that the drainage of the shower room is not ideal, and the mop provided in the room needs to be mopped after taking a shower.

The room was quite spacious (for Sydney standards), and I understand the Whitsundays are humid, so the dampness in the room was expected. The bedding was indeed damp, but the front desk promptly changed it when I mentioned it. I especially want to commend the dark-skinned lady at the front desk on duty on the 11th. I missed my airport shuttle that day, and she helped me contact the bus company, rearranged my transfer, and reminded me to check in online to avoid missing my flight. She deserves a huge commendation!

The hotel location is very good, the supermarket is right out, there is free parking. The room was super big and I slept on the balcony for three days. The balcony faces the bay. Everything is so comfortable and feels like home. That's great! The hotel staff were particularly friendly. recommend!

We’ve enjoyed our stay here a lot! The room was very clean, amenities were great and staff was very nice. Location wise it’s not in the central street; but about 7minutes away walking. Would definitely come back! 😊

This is a Motel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and have a beautiful sea view, but they are cleaned only once a week. The towels are not changed. The biggest problem is the lack of wifi in the rooms (it's 2024 ..). Average value for money!
