Great
AAnonymous UserEverything else is quite satisfactory. The only negative comment is that there are several shoe prints on the bed sheets and duvet covers, which are just for guests. Is it difficult for such an expensive hotel to provide clean bedding? Hygiene should be the most important evaluation point for a hotel. When I found out, I wanted to ask a staff member to replace it, but they all got off work.
Hygiene: bad review. There are several shoe prints on the bed sheets and quilt cover.
Service: Get off work on time. If there are any problems, we cannot solve them.
BBrockHGreat place to stay in Fremantle - you can't get any more central than this place! Rooms were immaculate, staff very friendly, prices were relatively high but apparently normal for the Perth region. Breakfast was included but not very generous. As it is right in the centre of Fremantle - there are quite a few better breakfasts around only metres away, but obviously at additional cost. Would rate this five out if five if they made a bit more effort with the breakfasts!
AAgnesCherOur room was quite big. It comes with a queen and single bed. There's a balcony but there's no view.
The hotel location is very good You can walk to Fremantle Market in less than 5 mins. You can walk to Kailis Fishmarket Cafe or Cicerello's within 5 mins.
It is also very convenient if you are going to Rottnest Island because you can walk to the boarding place near the E Shed Market without having to look for a parking there which is very limited.
Well the negative side is parking at the hotel is not free. It is AUD30.00 for hotel guests with multiple entries from 12pm till 12pm the following day.
JJIANGBreakfast is simple but adequate. The environment is good, the scenery outside the window is very good, I set the executive two-bedroom. The waiter was very nice. Free washing machine and dryer, put a piece of paper in your room every day with the laundry room entrance code for the swimming pool. Go to the round house, market, Mouse Island Pier, and children's places are close, within 3 kilometers
GGuest UserI booked online and when arriving we found we were on the first floor with no lift! I had my elderly Mother that was unable to get herself up the stairs. The service was impeccable and they changed our room straight away to ground. We could not fault the services, cleanliness and facilities. The cafe before leaving was perfect for us to enjoy before traveling back to our home. Thank you.
GGuest UserHappy and great customer service! Rooms are always super glean, comfy bed. Older style hotel been renovated. Always happy with stay, close to beach. Pub and bar right next to hotel. Sometimes loud depends on what night music is playing. Yum toasties 🫶🏽
