GGuest UserWonderful, clean, and a lovely neighborhood hotel. I highly recommend it. It was peaceful, and we slept comfortably. We didn't have breakfast. You have to pay extra to park your car in the hotel's parking lot.

SSoniaWe stayed for one night at this hotel. We received a warm welcome, and the room, though simple, was clean with a comfortable bed and a kettle provided.
The breakfast buffet was good and offered a wide variety of choices.
The only minor drawback was that I unfortunately couldn't get the gluten-free bread I had requested.
Please note: This is a motel-style hotel with no elevator.

GGuest UserAtrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered.
Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time.
At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave.
At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here.
This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

The location is absolutely nearby the Beach that taking about few mins walking apart. I would highly recommend to people who are planning in Biarritz

GGuest UserWonderful friendly administrators! Delicious breakfasts! One thing is confusing: (distance to the thick of things, bus stop nearby, airport 10 minutes walk. Therefore, although not so frequent flights, the audibility is there. But I arrived like crazy:) so I slept like a log. In general, I liked everything!)) There was no refrigerator in the room, but the receptionists kindly offered to put it in theirs!)
