Very well equipped room with many small attentions (cooler, tea, coffee, hairdryer, muffins, mini bar (in addition), coating kit, demaquillating cotton, soap, shampoo, after shampoo, bottle of water...)

GGuest UserThe room was rather clean. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The toilet stopped flushing, we informed the reception about this and were given a neihboring room with a working toilet immediately. The location is 5 minutes walking from the airport which was quite useful for us (we rented a car at the airport the next day). Price/quality ratio is well balanced.

The location just great.
The rooms are clean and cozy.
Within walking distance of the main attractions and beaches. The main shopping street is only a 10-minute walk away at a relaxed pace.
The hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help.
It’s a 3-star hotel, but I would definitely give it 4 stars.

GGuest UserAtrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered.
Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time.
At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave.
At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here.
This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

DDIThe room is very, very small, the window faces another wall, and there is air conditioning outside. Breakfast is not selected, but breakfast is actually included. The location is very good, just beside the *** and the beach, the bus can reach it directly. It rained on the day I went, so I probably won’t go live again

The location is absolutely nearby the Beach that taking about few mins walking apart. I would highly recommend to people who are planning in Biarritz

GGuest UserWonderful friendly administrators! Delicious breakfasts! One thing is confusing: (distance to the thick of things, bus stop nearby, airport 10 minutes walk. Therefore, although not so frequent flights, the audibility is there. But I arrived like crazy:) so I slept like a log. In general, I liked everything!)) There was no refrigerator in the room, but the receptionists kindly offered to put it in theirs!)
