Beach Hotels in Nord

I was not expecting to reach my room, but the building was so charming that it was not disturbing. The little bit of a fool laughing (because I had not looked at the photos) by discovering the toilets in front of the bed. Thank you very much for your stay :)

Dunkirk is a small city in France with a population of less than 100,000. From the hotel, you can get to the city center in ten minutes, and you can walk around the city center in an hour or two. This is the only local hotel with a four-star rating or above. The hotel facilities are average, but the front desk staff is very good. Good 3-star hotel with friendly staff. Stayed for 1 night. The room was quite clean, comfortable, with a large and bright bathroom, white clean towels. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. I have one word: location. It is perfect for walking around in the city, and there are some lovely shops around. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean. I cannot ask for more. Next time I will still book the same hotel. I had a lovely stay.

Many comments say this is bad and that is bad, let me say a few points. First, the location is excellent, on the bay. Most people who go to Dunkirk drive, so it is convenient to go anywhere. Second, the parking lot is free, and the key point is, it’s free. This is Europe, quite rare. Third, the price is around 500, which is absolutely affordable. Fourth, it is true that the bed is small, but the double beds can be put together to at least form a king bed. This value for money is worthy of encouragement. But if you are looking for a vacation feel, the Radisson Blu Retreat Beach is a great value for 200 euros a night including 15 euros for parking.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Family room is a bit small but good enough for a stopover after a ferry trip from Dover. The town itself is very beautiful and restaurants are great.

Nickel clean, however a strong smell of cigarette only in the corridor and stairs. In the right bedroom, shower in the bathroom (very pleasant) against a lot of water on the ground after the shower.

Very simple and vintage room but absolutely clean, just can’t find a hairdryer, luckily I brought my own, I drove from Dover UK, good to rest after the ferry reached Calais when it’s late.
