KSJPHands down, the best hotel in Cebu! The scenery is breathtaking, and the beach is incredibly long, with soft sand and plenty of fish in the water. My kids absolutely loved it, especially with the dedicated children's pool and slides. The only downside is that breakfast gets incredibly crowded; it seems like many people who aren't even staying at the hotel come just for the breakfast, leading to long queues every morning. It's quite pricey, definitely the most expensive in Cebu, but absolutely worth it. I think I'll be back!

Arlene grace alegreI usually travel Asia because I love beaches and sceneries. I like the view and location. I went different places in Philippines coron, siargao, Boracay and I have been in Cebu 3 times. I had a great time only this last visit was not very memorable. I usually experienced a great hospitality and friendly staff, we encountered unfriendly staff and not very accommodating staff early morning on our first day in the hotel. I was surprised because I know that Filipinos are very accommodating, cheerful and very accommodating. This staff named Anton who’s a driver of a buggy who drives around the hotel to move and to visit the vicinity. Me and my family likes to see and visit different restaurants so we could try different cuisine but this driver couldn’t even smile and keeps on rejecting our requests. We just asked to wait because my aunt needs to get her medication for her allergy but he told us that he can’t wait and they can’t even wait a little while. But because I was afraid that my aunt could have been sick so I insisted and asked him to wait just a quick one. I even informed the manager whose name was Paige regarding our concern. Your establishment should have a more considerate staff. Hope this feedback will help. Thank you.

This turned out to be an incredible choice for our family; Though it is a refurbished property, the rooms' size is very good. The beach was nice and the most astonishing thing for us was the small rock formation near its beach, which hosted an incredible variety of fish and other forms of life. Just a pair of swimming googles or the snorkeling rental equipment here could get one ready in a matter of minutes from your room. The breakfast spread was good and the 'chocolate hour' in the afternoon was a hit amongst all kids and adults.

Guest UserOverall, we love our stay at Be Resorts. However, there are few suggestions I would like to make:
~make the hallways and rooms welcoming to the guests by making sure that they smell good
~quick waiting time during the check out (female front desk staffs were busy chatting) the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating though

CindyBellsI love it here! If you want a quick vacay with your family that is not far from the city, then this is the place to be. They have a nice pool, jacuzzi and the beach is just right in front! They also have a playground for kids which my daughter enjoyed the most. The staff are kind. They alsp provided welcome drinks when we arrived!!!
I will surely book this place again, soon!🫶🏻💕

Good impression on arrival, though it's, a bit isolated. Great ladies on reception and my room was ready early.
Really lovely pools and surroundings, though they could tidy up stuff around the plants a little more.
The beach was just great, sandy with no huge stones etc. Very peaceful in evening.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
On the negative side, food wasn't so good and telatiby expensive, tho American breakfast was fine. Residents enjoy a 30% discount which helps. Can't work out why French fries were 580 pesos!!! I didn't go there. Drinks were good with discount.

Guest UserI booked this place wondering if it was the same one we stayed at for our honeymoon 19 years ago, and it was exactly as I remembered. The facilities are definitely showing their age now; the air conditioning is noisy, and many areas clearly need renovation. However, the surrounding ocean and swimming pool were still incredibly beautiful and lovely.
Unfortunately, there's a large building under construction right behind the property, which has been going on for years. I imagine it would be quite noisy on weekdays, but since we stayed over the weekend, it was quiet and pleasant for us. Most importantly, the stars in the night sky were so incredibly clear – it was completely rejuvenating.
Also, on our first day, I accidentally left my bag in a Grab taxi, and the staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me. I was very grateful for their efforts. The staff at the breakfast buffet were also very friendly, especially one older gentleman who was exceptionally kind. The breakfast menu changed slightly over our three-day stay, and they even made omelets fresh and brought them to our table, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant view is also stunning.
Because of the loud air conditioner, we'd turn it on when we left for swimming or meals, and then turn it off when we came back to the room. There are three swimming pools, with varying depths like 4, 5, 8, and 12 feet. Being able to swim while looking out at the ocean is just beautiful. If you enter a less crowded pool, a staff member will even come over and clean it for you.

Guest UserThis place is out in the middle of nowhere. Couldn’t get a taxi or Grab to come near the place unless you paid a lot extra. The breakfast was crap , no service whatsoever. Staff standing around talking and giggling to each other like school children. Won’t be back there again.
