Outstanding
GGuest UserThis riad left the warmest memories. Perfect cleanliness, very convenient rooms for which everything is thought: there is a refrigerator, a teapot . The details make the impression, the cans with the air conditioner, the gel for the shower, their smell is noble, bed linen perfectly white, towels taste delicious. The rial itself is more like a boutique hotel. The hostess is very welcome and responsive. Washing things a big package cost 20 dirham. Breakfasts are amazingly served and delicious. I really liked it is in the evening on the terrace. The location of the rial in my opinion is the most successful, everything in step availability. After walking the mediocre, the Riad oasis of silence and calm. Very recommended! Rial on a touch like an iphone.
NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!
AAdrianaA lovely place to stay, Marrakesh Medina is a labyrinth, we are glad that the riad (Rachid)picked us from the door the taxi left us, anyway we found the place with the instructions - map, explanations that Hasna gave us, she was kind and always ready to help with whatever we needed, Rachid also helps us with transport and information, I love the square pancakes and Mouna patiently taught me how to make it. It was a pleasant stay even though we had tours everyday we just slept in the Riad. The only downside is the bad smell from the pipes in our room toilet, we think is due to old pipes, Hasna apologised and tried to fixed it. They are aware of the problem.
BBeijingtupangziThe location is in the alley next to Dejima Square. It is less than 100 meters away from the square. It is quiet in the middle of noisy. The environment is good, and there is no cave. The boss is very enthusiastic and the room is good, but the mattress is too hard and a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast is on the roof, it seems to be a point, no food, trouble. The surrounding area is full of markets, but it is suitable for people who love to go shopping. The lobby is very interesting and suitable for a daze.
AAnonymous UserThe staff Is very friendly and nice,
Very good breakfast and good location.
Unfortunately the humidity in the room is quite intense and there is mould in the rooms. We asked to change room because of mould sensitivity and the answer was that all the rooms have it and they cannot do much about it.
The pool is just ornamental and the services cost extra (quite overpriced compared to other place in the medina).
For the price we would expect a bit more.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located in the old town of Marrakech, in Medina. In the forefront we have already organized a pick-up from the airport for €15. The staff in Riad was very helpful and friendly. The room was very small, but it is probably so common in these traditional houses. For us it was a perfect starting point to explore the Medina of Marrakech.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and well taken care of. Check-in was quick and smooth, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional.
MMarianne :)We had a lovely time staying at Riad dar Medina Land. Staff were fantastic and gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast was great. Great location as well, on a more hidden street but easy to walk to/from the centre and it was nice to be on the quieter side of the Medina at times. Only issue was on the first night there was a double booking so we had to stay in another riad, otherwise all good and even this situation was dealt with nicely.
Would recommend staying here!
