The cozy master bedroom en suite is also located on the main level. Open the windows and let the sounds of the Big Thompson lull you to sleep. A second family room is located in the lower level along with two bedrooms (a king in one of the bedrooms and 2 twins in the other) and a full bath. From this level you can walk-out onto the patio and spot elk and other wildlife moseying along the Big Thompson River! Or simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the view! A two car attached garage space comes with this rental. There is also have a main floor laundry room. As our guest you will enjoy access to HOA-shared common fishing areas along the Big Thompson river.
