The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, a little far from the city center, and we had to wait a while for a taxi in the morning. However, the service was excellent. We arrived in the morning and luckily there was an available room, so they let us check in early. The breakfast was also good. The front desk staff were very friendly and even recommended some nearby restaurants.

There are many interesting shops around, and there are plenty of entertainment and life. Hotel breakfast, environment, room hygiene size, all good. The style is the feeling of a music bar. Unique feeling. A good choice.

The location is just off the I24 road, free parking, good breakfast, cost-effective, suitable for car rental friends. Of course, if there is a team to stay, it will be noisy. Near the road, friends who are light should consider sleep problems.

We arrived to check in the desk help was so slow.  The young guy didn't have the ability to access room keys.  Why was he alone at the desk.  The night we checked in our room door malfunctioned. Morning of check out maid over rode key & walked in on us naked.  No knock no nothing. We go to check out the desk said someone had marked our room empty.  Funny we still had our keys.   Will never stay here again.

Free parking! Room was small, stayed two nights, breakfast was normal American standards! The service attitude of the staff is super good, and they take care of answering all kinds of questions! Self-service laundry, 1.5 knives for washing, 1.5 knives for drying, 1.5 knives for washing tablets, overall evaluation is good 👍

I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel's location and room layout/amenities. The Rong business district has everything you could possibly need for dining and shopping. I booked a larger room type, which was essentially the price and size of two standard rooms. I saw a family of three next to me convert the sofa bed into a single bed, which seems perfect for them. As mentioned in previous reviews, the hotel staff can be quite aloof; the older local employees don't offer any pleasantries. I appreciate that you need to swipe your card in the elevator to access guest floors, making it feel very secure.

I booked 2 rooms for our family totally 2adults,1teen and 1kid. The space of room is enough for 2, everything is perfect. Location is great and complimentary breakfast is really good. We can leave luggages at hotel when going to Nagashima Spaland.

The location is excellent, right in front of Nagoya Station. I specifically chose it for its proximity to the bus center since I was taking a highway bus. It's super convenient with izakayas and the station nearby, and I even discovered a theater. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. The room size wasn't small at all, and while double beds are usually 1.4 meters wide, this one was 1.6 meters, which felt very spacious. Plus, they had a great selection of amenities downstairs.

nice hotel, good value for money. We were a group of five (3 adult and 2 children) stayed in a room with 3 bed. The hotel was located in front of Kanayama station, just 5 minutes train rides to Nagoya station. The facilities of the hotel was great, they had a coin laundry on the 4th floor near  lobby. There were Family Mart located on the 1st floor. For moslem traveler there were halal kebab stores in front of the hotel. The breakfast was awesome, they served a wide variety of of food. The room was clean and tidy. The only negative aspect was the location of the air conditioner was in front of your bed, hence the airflow was directly hit your face. Definitely one of options when visiting Nagoya

This is the nth time I've stayed at a hotel from this brand. The room size and design are pretty much the same everywhere – not huge, but perfectly adequate. The complimentary breakfast is standard; it feels like the food is identical in every location, with the exception of one local specialty. It's much cheaper than hotels near Nagoya Station. Walking to Fushimi Station is also convenient. I later discovered that taking exit E from the underground shopping area is the shortest route, but be warned, there are only stairs, no elevators or escalators.

Hotel’s facilities are old, when i walked into the elevator, it was stinky ， There is no bottle water offered even for the 1st night, pls also be reminded to bring your own shower cap if needed. 

Toilet was one step down when you get in, we felt a moment of shocking emptiness at the first day.
The water tap was multi use for the shower & basin which was the 1st time i had ever used, when someone is using shower, you are not able  to wash your hands…….

As for the breakfast, hotel staff told us no coupon will he needed, they don’t even mark or ask your room number , everyone can walk in & enjoy the free breakfast if they know…

Around hotel were some commercial buildings , it was very quiet especially at night time, not much shops & restaurants running. We faced the skytree tower direction & take 10mins walked to next station_asakusa bashi & found lots of choices of restaurants as well as one 24hours supermarket.

Anyway, a special experience on staying this hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic. Turn right out of the hotel and you're at the subway station in just one minute. The Hanzomon and Oedo lines can take you to most places in the city directly or with just one transfer. There aren't any large commercial areas nearby, so it's quite quiet, and not many dining options. To the south, there are several temples, so if your room faces south, you'll see quite a few graveyards outside your window 😂. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is on par with what you'd expect from a 1000+ yen breakfast at most hotels. Now for the downsides: the bathroom floor is about 20 centimeters higher than the room, which makes getting in and out a bit awkward. The bed is right next to the window, and the window is drafty. Plus, the noise from the air conditioning unit outside drifts in, which really affects sleep.

There are many hotels available in Tokyo. However, to find a comparatively bigger room is not easy. We made it this time, enough space to put our two large suitcases and still able to move around the room with ease. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood closed to many famous spots and subway stations but about 10 minutes walking required. The breakfast is served with various kinds of delicious food as well as offering snack and drinks all day around. The staff are very friendly and helpful.8

Cleanliness: Very clean. Someone cleaned our room every day. Japanese hotels are impeccably clean, which is very reassuring.
Environment: Great! Although the room wasn't huge, it had everything we needed. My friend and I had two suitcases, a 26-inch and a 24-inch, and we could fully open both of them!
Service: The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was one lady who spoke Chinese, and everyone else was also exceptionally warm, which made me feel very comfortable! I really liked this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo. It's also close to the subway and has convenience stores nearby.
Facilities: The hotel even offers free breakfast, which was also very good!

The location of the Comfort Inn Tokyo Roppongi is excellent - only 5 minutes walk from the Roppongi Station. We did not book the hotel breakfast. Rooms are small as expected - this is Tokyo after all. While the staff were friendly, we had one encounter that left us dissatisfied with the hotel policy. Our luggage had broken and we went to Donki to purchase a new one. We had asked the front desk if they could help us dispose of the broken luggage and the staff said they will not - not even for a fee. The next morning, I asked another front desk staff and she said they would do it for a fee of JPY3,000. Why the difference in application of a policy, I don't understand. In the end, we brought the broken luggage to Donki and explained to them and they helped us dispose of it.
