Okay, so this hotel is something else. The front desk service was attentive and polite, especially Sylvia Lu – she was efficient and got things done without a fuss, arranging a great room for me exactly as I requested. Once the windows were closed, the traffic noise completely disappeared, which is perfect for someone like me who's particular about sleep environments. The smart room controls definitely added a high-tech touch, and the gym equipment was enough for my workouts. Central Park is right across the street, ideal for a morning run. Check-out took a mere thirty seconds, so it didn't delay my schedule. Overall, it's just 'solid'.

The hotel was perfect from the warm welcome to the final farewell.
Since we were traveling with children, the staff kindly gave them gifts and treated us with great care. Even though we had not requested it, they prepared fruits and cookies in the room, which showed a very thoughtful attention to detail.
By coincidence, both our check-in and check-out were handled by a staff member named Nora Chen. She assisted us promptly and professionally, always with a bright smile that made the experience even more pleasant.
If I visit Shenzhen again in the future, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff were excellent, very warm and attentive. The room was spacious, perfect for our family trip. The new laundry room at the hotel is fantastic. Special thanks to Lin Tao and Xiao Zhou, they took great care of us during our stay!

Plenty of great food nearby, and the service is excellent. It's incredibly close to the [World name, please specify if possible, otherwise keep as 'world'], just a 10-minute walk (800 meters). The hotel is super convenient for the subway, only a 1-minute walk. I assume it's also very close to [listening/hearing, please clarify what '听力' refers to in this context, e.g., a specific attraction or area], just one subway stop away. The staff, especially 006 and 005, were very friendly.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and its location is quite convenient. The subway station is right outside, and it's next to Shenzhen Grand Joy City, which couldn't be more convenient. The front desk service was excellent, the room was very clean, and while the gym wasn't huge, it was sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised to find a laundry room right next to the gym – thumbs up! 👍

Near HQ of BYD. 
Air conditioning always works badly. In summer does not have cold air. In winter, temperature set as 28 ºC and it is not possible to set another temperature.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We booked two superior king rooms with breakfast, as our child was taking the college entrance exam (Gaokao) and we were there to support him. The hotel's Cantonese dim sum restaurant on the third floor was a great convenience, and its location directly across from the school provided immense peace of mind during the exam period. The hotel manager was incredibly accommodating, even approving a late checkout for one of our rooms until 5 PM on June 9th. This was particularly helpful as his last exam started at 5:00 PM, allowing him precious extra rest. The rooms themselves were very quiet and comfortable.

The environment is clean and sanitary. It is very comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The details of hygiene are also very good. The cost performance is very high. I didn't expect the breakfast to be very rich and I was very full. I bothered the front desk service many times and the attitude was still very good!

No bar, no cafe, no late kitchen. Not very accessible to eateries and malls on foot. Be prepared to order for food delivery services. 
Great service at the reception with local number provided to facilitate the food delivery ordering via ******* (which requires local number). 

Hotel’s breakfast is too crowded and tables are limited, needed to share with strangers. Food varieties are average or slightly below average. 
Not worth the money charged for the breakfast in my personal opinion.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the Bird's Nest, which was incredibly convenient for attending a concert with my child. The room was sparkling clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby. The front desk staff was super enthusiastic, making the check-in process quick and smooth. They even proactively upgraded our breakfast vouchers. The biggest surprise was how they had already prepared our room according to our booking requests, and the room service was incredibly thoughtful, promptly meeting our needs and making adjustments. Every detail was perfect! Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again!

This is my go-to hotel for business trips to Daxing. The location is super convenient, with a mall right across the street, and parking is a breeze. The hotel's daily maintenance is meticulous and thorough; the rooms are clean with no strange odors, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it's quiet. The hot water and internet connection are stable. Check-in at the front desk is efficient, and the service is thoughtful and attentive, with prompt responses to any requests. Breakfast is clean and tasty, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. Overall, the value for money is excellent. It's a worry-free and reassuring stay for business, with warm service and great attention to detail. As a long-term corporate guest, I find it very reliable and will definitely choose it again for my next business trip. Five-star recommendation!

This hotel was the perfect choice right after I left Hongqiao. The front desk staff, Leo, was truly impressive. I arrived late at night, but he was still enthusiastic, efficient, and had a friendly smile. He proactively upgraded my room for free and thoughtfully prepared slippers for the children. Throughout the entire check-in process, he was incredibly accommodating, and his attention to detail was heartwarming. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. I truly felt at home, and I highly recommend Leo's service!

Check-in: Worried about too many people checking in on New Year's Eve, I deliberately booked an extra night to arrive a day early. The rooms initially assigned didn't have great views, and although we booked four rooms with consecutive numbers, they weren't next to each other. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Huang, was very enthusiastic and specifically took us upstairs to view the rooms. The manager was kind enough to arrange four rooms with excellent views that were all adjacent, allowing us to combine tables for our New Year's Eve dinner.

Service: Xiao Huang and Xiao Gu were very welcoming and accommodating, doing their best to fulfill any requests. Our interactions with them felt very friendly. The male manager was also very nice. The housekeeping staff was excellent; the aunties managed to clean all four rooms thoroughly every day while we were at breakfast, and they were also very polite.

Stay Experience: On the 'Xiao Nian Ye' (Minor New Year's Eve), they offered a complimentary late-night porridge (Eight Treasure Porridge) served in small insulated containers. Drinking it before bed warmed us right up. The only slight downside this time was the breakfast experience. Because there were so many guests, the hotel thoughtfully extended breakfast service until 12 PM, but during peak hours, the dining experience was still a little lacking.

Overall, the stay experience was very good. There's plenty to explore nearby (Panlong Ancient Town, Qingpu Outlets, Panlong Tiandi), and the hotel even has robots that deliver takeout orders to the rooms. We originally booked four rooms for four nights, but because of the great experience, and how clean the rooms were (plus having a washing machine and a fridge), we extended our stay for another three nights! 😂😂😂
