My room wasn't facing the elevated highway, and the soundproofing was decent; I had a view of some greenery. It was great for solo travel; they gave me a king-size bed, so I could sleep on one half and put my belongings on the other. The common area upstairs was also very spacious.

Perhaps the only issue was that the bathroom was tiny and low-ceilinged. As a 165cm tall woman, standing in the bathtub to shower, my head was already very close to the ceiling. 

The location is super convenient, and there are actually a lot of food options nearby. I'd definitely book this place again if I'm traveling alone.

It's a 8-10 mins walk from the train station.

The room is spacious which is out of my expectation. There's a bathtub. The room is clean. The aircon is not too cold as I prefer to have a very cool room. Front desk staffs are really friendly. Biscuits and drinks provided on the 1st floor are free. Did not try that but front desk staffs mentioned it is opened 24 hours. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Check out time is 11am, NTD200/hour if you want a late checkout. I guess this is how the hotel policies in Taiwan work. So far hotels in Malaysia and Hong Kong allows a free 1 hour late checkout if you request.

For those who aren't keen on staying in high-rise hotels, I highly recommend this one, as it's only 10 stories tall. You can store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the water pressure is great, and the toilet has an automatic bidet. There's even Netflix on the TV! The staff provide excellent service, always cheerful and smiling. The location is very convenient, not too far to walk.

Self-check-in is quite convenient, the service staff is also very active, the room is very clean, there are snacks and tea bags in the corridor can be used very extra points, the sockets are new plugs or USB, there is 7-11 opposite the downstairs is very convenient.

This was the one of the most ”budget friendly” hotels I could find in Taipei. I'll be honest, the hotel room was quite old. Everything felt dated. There was a strange control panel next to the bed that I couldn't really figure out. The couch was old and had lots of stains, the room had a musty smell, and even saw some small bugs on the carpet... The bathroom was alright though, seemed quite clean, maybe more recently rennovated compared to the rest of the room. Front desk service was great.

This was a three-day, two-night stay. When I first booked, I didn't realize the parking fee was extra. On the first day, I asked if I could upgrade to a room with a garage for an extra charge, but since we had already used it, they changed it for us the next morning. The staff were incredibly friendly! I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😆

The soundproofing isn't great. Someone on the same floor was making incredibly loud, train-horn-like noises. I was tempted to play some music outside their door in retaliation, but my husband talked me out of it (what a shame!). If you're traveling with kids, just keep this in mind, though hopefully you won't encounter it! 😉

There are parking spaces right outside, which is quite convenient. If those are full, there are also parking lots nearby. Dining options are also handy; McDonald's and drink shops are just a five-minute walk away, and there's a breakfast place very close by too. I'd definitely consider staying here again. 🙂

The toilet is not bad, there is a bathtub, but the sound insulation is really bad. The elevator sound is too loud. The next door can also be heard. The water is also very loud. The focus is that the pillow is super hard and the neck is super painful.

The location is convenient!!! We rode a motorcycle, but there were no motorcycle stalls nearby, so we had to rely on luck to find a spot. It's convenient for the market in the morning and the night market in the evening. If you want to explore Taipei, it's also very convenient to ride a bike. The room also has a bathtub. Great!

There's no dry/wet area, so the shower ended up with water all over the floor.
The bed was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on.
There were a lot of snacks in the back of the lobby, which was nice.
There was only one room card, which was inconvenient.
The doorbell didn't work.

Our stay was really pleasant. We loved that there unlimited ice cream and we stayed a lot on the hotel cafr restaurant whenever we got back from wherever we visited in city. The staffs are all helpful and we able to communicate well in English. We only encountered minor issue, such as lack of toilet paper during our last day and controlling the aircon. But definitely one of my memorable stays in Taiwan. Thank you Hub Hotel!

This hotel offers fantastic value for money. Its location near the Sanduo Shopping District MRT station makes getting around incredibly convenient. It's very close to popular spots like the 85 Sky Tower, the airport, and Formosa Boulevard. In fact, many of these places are within easy walking distance, perfect for a city stroll. The surrounding area also offers a wide variety of dining options, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located about 800m from Shijiya Station, which makes it inconvenient to walk with roller luggage. Taking an Uber or taxi is recommended.
The room is spacious and luxurious, offering good value for the area. However, cleanliness could be improved, as I noticed some dust and hair.
Special thanks to the receptionist for the clear information and smooth check-in process.
