I had one of the best stay at Hyatt Place Al Rigga Residence. Nothing to complain with the room rates and all the services provided. Housekeeping team was very attentive and everyone is polite ; as well ,Receptionists were helpful throughout the stay.

”A really pleasant and comfortable hotel experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a great night's sleep. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, polite, and helpful. It is in a convenient location with easy access to local transport and restaurants. The overall amenities were great value for the price paid. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.”

For years, Hyatt has been our family's choice for staycations. Over time, it also became the place where we gather and celebrate special occasions at your in-house restaurant. Every visit has always felt like coming home because of the warm, friendly, and hospitable staff who consistently provide excellent service.

Unfortunately, our experience last night was very disappointing. We were unable to get a good night's sleep because the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We reported the issue to the reception, and while a technician came to inspect it, the problem was not resolved.

I informed the receptionist again this morning, not simply to complain, but because I genuinely don't want other guests to experience the same inconvenience we did. We've always enjoyed staying at Hyatt, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope this issue can be properly addressed so future guests can continue to enjoy the comfort and quality of service we've always appreciated at Hyatt.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Dubai Al Wasl District. We were kindly upgraded to a spacious one-bedroom suite, and the room was massive, spotless, and very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Al Ghurair Shopping Mall, and there's a restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient. The staff were welcoming and generous throughout our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Breakfast not the wooow but okay and in the night fire alarm went off and all of us went down to the reception then it was known that do to candle used in the club down stairs the fire alarm went off🤦♂️.
The egyption reception guy very helpful and supportive.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel manager, Victoria, and her team at the reception for treating me like family and a friend. I am also grateful to the housekeeping staff for always keeping my room spotless and comfortable. A special thanks to the valet staff and the breakfast restaurant manager, along with all the kind employees there, for their exceptional service.

I apologize for the late review, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for their kindness and warmth. Every time I stayed there, I felt so thankful for their attention to detail and hospitality.

Excellent stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Hongqiao CBD! The hotel was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after long days at the exhibition.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even assisted us in retrieving an item we accidentally left behind, which we truly appreciated. Their service made our stay even more memorable.

The location is great, especially for those visiting the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), and transportation is very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I’m back in Shanghai. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I came with my colleague. Originally, I needed the hotel to call a taxi for me, but due to changes, it was no longer necessary. Cindy was quick to help answer my questions. After checking out, I forgot my charger in the room, and they contacted me promptly. Overall, everything was pretty good, and communication was very convenient.

This stay exceeded my expectations, and I have to praise it! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to catch a taxi or explore the shopping areas. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic, checking me in quickly and patiently answering all my questions. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water supply was stable, and the toiletries were of good quality. The soundproofing was effective; it was completely quiet at night. The hygiene details were well-maintained, and the facilities were complete and in excellent condition. This place offers incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

I originally wanted to stay at a Hyatt, but unfortunately, due to the AI conference, all the Hyatt hotels were fully booked. So, I ended up choosing this one, which is also under the Hyatt brand. I'm giving five stars for the service. Right after booking, they called to add me on WeChat, and all subsequent requests were handled via WeChat – they always responded promptly. Room service was also very efficient; anything I needed was delivered quickly. However, I'm giving one star for the hotel's hardware; I'm practically speechless. First, the trash cans in the room are ridiculously small; you can barely throw a few things away. The same goes for the bathroom one; when you step on the pedal, it only opens about 30 degrees, making it impossible to throw in toilet paper. And the bathroom itself is incredibly tiny! I could barely move while showering without bumping into something. It’s genuinely the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel with such a cramped bathroom. I noticed they thoughtfully offer different types of pillows, but when I called, I was told they were all borrowed. Are you guys operating for the first day or something? Don't you know your own inventory? Also, the TV in the room isn't even facing the bed. There's an indented space in front of the bed that seems to serve no purpose, and watching TV from bed would definitely give you a stiff neck. The bathroom doesn't have a separate ventilation system, and there was always a strange odor. Finally, and most critically, this hotel doesn't even have a robot to deliver food! It's 2026 now, and I feel like I'm back in 2016. For such a large hotel and a reputable group like Hyatt, in this era of artificial intelligence, guests still have to go downstairs to pick up their food. I just can't comprehend it. After staying for two days, apart from the decent location and good service, there are just too many areas that need improvement.

Came to Dishui Lake to watch the fireworks. The hotel is very close to the lake, just a few minutes' walk away, and happens to be in an area with a good view of the fireworks. However, during the New Year's Day peak season, Hyatt Place Building A and Building B are different hotels with different parking lots, and many people, including myself, went to the wrong one. With so many people queuing already, queuing in the wrong place wasted time, which was definitely a bit frustrating. The front desk's handling capacity was limited, but their attitude was still good, and housekeeping was quick to deliver items. For less than 500 during peak season, the value for money was quite good, and having a kitchen to cook in made it even more economical. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel is located in the bustling Chinatown area. While there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, this also drives up the room rates quite a bit. Breakfast is included, but the selection is limited and the same every day. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport, but unfortunately, there's no shuttle for JFK. I particularly want to thank the Chinese driver; he chatted with us the whole way and provided excellent service. Seeing that I was with my elderly parents and child, he even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. He also made sure to greet us at breakfast the next day.

This is on par with a budget hotel. The staff's attitude was decent, and the place was clean. The breakfast area got a bit chaotic due to the crowd. The room was really small. For two adults and one child, I'd recommend booking two twin beds instead of a king bed plus a sofa bed. Once the sofa bed is pulled out, there's no room left for luggage.

This hotel is very good. I would recommend it to all.
Firstly the location is very useful. Since it’s in the middle it’s not too far from any of the attractions that you’ll go and see while in New York.  It’s close to subway stations, 6 mins walking depending on which line you want to use.
the breakfast is good, options are plenty, seating area is plenty. Hotel staff are very helpful, kind.
I enjoyed my stay here and would for sure recommend it.

Great location close to subway stations and in the middle of new development neighborhood and restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast offers only processed food with no vegetables. Buying some salads veggies from nearby Traders Joe worked for me. Not offering drinking water was a downside.
I was concerned with security because there were no security measures.

Great hotel to stay in the heart of Manhattan with amazing city view! Room is not big, but has sofa and all what you might need. Very good breakfast, tea/water is available in the lobby 24 hours. We enjoyed our stay!
