The room was clean and very comfortable. This hotel is conveniently located close to both the subway and high-speed train stations. Special shoutout to 130 for their excellent attitude! It's also very near a shopping mall, with plenty of great food options downstairs. The transportation here is incredibly convenient.

In the evening, we went to the nearby wetland park, which was a complete surprise. It was about an 8-minute walk from the hotel, and the shade along the way made it pleasantly cool. The park was large, with a wooden boardwalk extending along the lake. Walking on it, we could smell the grass and lake water, and occasionally hear birds chirping. In the evening, the sunset painted the lake surface golden, and every shot was wallpaper-worthy. After a tiring stroll, we went back to the hotel to rest for a while, and then went to a dim sum restaurant in the evening (their evening tea was also quite good). This seamless integration of ”eating, staying, and playing” was such a comfortable experience.

The cleaning staff's service attitude is quite satisfactory. Although the room is not new enough, the sanitary environment is still acceptable. The breakfast is delicious, with many varieties, and the freshly ground coffee is particularly satisfactory.

The room is very clean! The main thing is that the lady at the front desk is warm and gentle, and the hotel environment is very good. The soundproofing effect is also very good when sleeping in the room. Moreover, the transportation near the hotel is convenient. You can take the subway when you go out. College students do not lie to college students! Give this hotel a hundred bucks!

The hotel room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable and soft, and I slept until dawn. The waiter's attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful, and I feel very comfortable and satisfied. The hotel has a beautiful environment. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice. There are many attractions around the hotel and rich tourism resources. The breakfast is rich and the flavors are optional.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Firstly, the free parking is a major convenience, especially for out-of-town guests driving themselves. Its prime location is incredibly convenient for exploring Beijing's hutongs, with a local market right next door. My parents, who are health-conscious, appreciated being able to buy freshly made soy milk from the market. The service was also excellent, especially from the kind young lady with employee number 20. In the evening, my child enjoyed watching cartoons projected in the hotel courtyard, and they even thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent. They also allowed us to store some leftover vegetables in their refrigerator. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic! We even had the unique experience of setting up our own tatami bedding.

I stayed at the hotel for one night yesterday and had a great experience. I had booked two family rooms, as we had a large group and two children. The front desk kindly upgraded us to a larger family suite for free, which I really appreciated. When we checked out at noon, the front desk noticed we had a lot of luggage and quickly brought us some bags to consolidate our belongings. Front desk staff member #41, a lovely Sichuan lady, warmly asked us about our stay and how we enjoyed our time. My daughter absolutely adored her! She even took a picture with her, saying she wanted to promote her [grinning face with smiling eyes][grinning face with smiling eyes]. She also gave my daughters two fruit desserts. The kids didn't want to leave! The hotel's location is excellent, close to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and Wangfujing, and taxis are readily available. The rooms are spacious and clean. I definitely have to give it a 5-star rating!

This hotel is in a residential complex. People who are not familiar with the area may not easily find this hidden gem. After a quick walk around, I found that this hotel is spacious, with large windows. The service and price are very affordable. Ms. Liu helped me check in, and she was very considerate. The hotel has parking and you can go upstairs by swiping a card. The security factor is also very high, the hotel is clean, and the service is good!

The service is very enthusiastic, the parent-child room is very cozy, the location is also very good. It feels very safe in the community, and there are a variety of shopping malls and supermarkets around. I stay here every year when I go skiing. This year, I was upgraded to a suite. I am so happy!

This is a great hotel I booked in Beijing. It is clean and sanitary, and the service is also very good. The 0118 guy at the front desk is very nice, proactive in providing services, warm and polite. The environment and facilities are also very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. The overall experience is particularly good

Great hotel, friendly front desk staff and was handed a  tea on arrival. Nice touch. Room on the 5th floor. Clean room and comfy bed. Toilet was clean, the shower was a bit confusing so called reception on the room phone and they sent help within 2 minutes. Free washing machine and detergent with a clothes dryer in a small area on the same floor near the lifts. Breakfast is very plentiful and a Wide choice of cooked foods, vegetables and fruit drinks, fruit, chopped vegetables and herbs for garnish, etc. Very enjoyable 😁. Halal eateries opposite the hotel entrance, perfect, Alhamdulilah.  Just a few minutes walk to the SEG electronics market and all the bustle. I recently spent three nights at Shanshui Hotel in Shenzhen, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay that exceeded my expectations for the price. Located in a bustling area near metro stations and local eateries, it’s perfect for business travelers or tourists exploring the city.

What Stood Out Positively:

Rooms and Comfort: My deluxe room was clean, with plush bedding, a mini-fridge stocked with local snacks, and smart TVs with international channels. The bathroom was a highlight—rainfall shower, quality toiletries, and heated floors.

Service and Food: Staff were friendly and efficient; check-in was seamless with a welcome drink. Breakfast buffet had a great mix of Western and Chinese options—fresh dim sum, fruits, and omelets made to order. Room service was prompt too.

One Area for Improvement: The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent—it cooled the room adequately during the day but struggled at night, leaving it stuffy. I suspect the filters need a refresh, as there was a faint musty smell when it first kicked on. A quick maintenance check would make this spot-on.
Value for Money: At around ¥500/night, it’s a steal for the amenities and location. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone prioritizing convenience over luxury. 3.5/5 stars!

(Pro tip: Request a higher-floor room for better views and slightly stronger AC flow.)
