The hotel was great, and the service was excellent. It was also very clean. The only downside is that it's a bit far out, but the area around it is very quiet. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and another shop about 200 meters away. Overall, my girlfriend and I had a pretty good stay.

The hotel is a four star hotel  with nice rooms  and well kept. There is maintanence program currently in  progess with but  was of minimum  discomfort to the guess.Breaksat is very good  and the food is always replaced so no need to rush early  in fear of not getting any food. The staff are all friendly from the Reception to the house cleaners.Good sized pool but the  one complaint is the gym is  in need to  repairs.Most machines are damaged   and the room is dark and dingy with  most lights not working. There are many food outlets  and a big  department store not far from the hotel  with  restaurants. Restaurants near hotel all menus in Thai. The hotel is far from the city center  byt there is a metro  yellow line whch is new.

Enjoyed our stay here. Had booked a 1-bedroom but was upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment which was huge, with 2 bathrooms. 

Apartment was modern, clean with a big smart TV in the living room and 2 smaller TVs in the bedrooms. There was a washing machine in the kitchen and a clothes rack in the balcony, bring your own detergent. 

The hotel introduced us to their app, where we could book room cleaning and specify the time we wanted the room clean, order amenities and room service. 

The only negative thing was the switches and power sockets in the apartment, some don't work and are broken, please have maintenance look into it. We were in room 904. The power socket by the bed was coming off the wall which could be dangerous. 

All in all a very enjoyable stay.

I spend some times already in the Cross Prathumnak. The people managing the hotel are so kind, nice and supporting the guests in a wonderful way. All my wishes and demands they did fulfill. The location is really good, a bit from the Malls in Pattaya, but quiet and perfect for me. The hotel is clean, the food excellent and the service is all the time at your service. 
I will definitely be back

An absolutely amazing hotel! Although it's a bit far out, it's incredibly beautiful. The restaurant inside is Michelin-starred, and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff's service attitude is also fantastic!!!!
