GGuest UserThe front desk service was excellent; they did their best to meet all our needs and even upgraded our room for free, including breakfast. The restaurant they recommended was also quite good, with a nice atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, and free parking was very convenient. When traveling, it's always more reassuring to choose a chain hotel, and we chose this one based on their reviews. It certainly didn't disappoint us! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is strategically located, conveniently located, and there are plenty of dining options around. The front desk lady is efficient and kind. The hotel design is modern, simple and intelligent, the room is well maintained, clean and odorless. The comfort of the mattress and pillows is extremely high, and the sleep is very reliable (plus points: two pillow options are provided). Bathroom facilities are smart, constant temperature shower, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, water pressure and water temperature are stable. The overall price is very high, highly recommended! 👍 I will stay here next time I come to this city.

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, to avoid the crowds, I clocked in at S21 and came to Beitun. There was no traffic jam at all. It was raining on the day I arrived. The hotel was very considerate and provided an umbrella service. The hotel facilities are very good, clean and tidy. It is backed by the Deren Mountain Scenic Area. The night view of Tuen is also beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the jam bread is delicious. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. I will stay here again next time I travel to Northern Xinjiang.

MmajundfdThe accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and the service staff is very friendly. Southerners don't eat frozen pears, so the front desk staff specially prepared a bowl for us to thaw the frozen pears. The cold fish and pike they recommended were delicious. I really like their hospitality.

GGuest UserHealth needs to be improved, especially the bathroom, which restrained my idea of taking a bath. I won't say much about it. I am also a more easy-going person, and I can live.
